Are you passionate about digital marketing and looking for a full-time remote opportunity with a growing digital marketing agency? Are you extremely organized, well-versed in all things digital marketing, and able to easily manage multiple digital marketing campaigns and website projects?

We are an award-winning digital agency that helps small-to-midsize businesses get more traffic, leads, and sales online. Were seeking a talented self-starter who can handle the day-to-day operations of the agency and help take us to the next level.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate digital marketing campaigns and website projects
  • Create, document, and improve upon systems and processes
  • Handle onboarding of new clients and projects
  • Delegate and assign tasks to team members
  • Be a communication lead between clients and team members
  • Provide quality control for client-facing deliverables before delivery
  • Analyze digital marketing campaigns and make improvements
  • Assist with digital marketing tasks, website updates, scoping projects, and other tasks as needed
  • Create monthly KPI reports with insights to review with our clients

Requirements

  • Solid command of digital marketing and website best practices
  • At least 2-3 years experience in an agency setting or equivalent
  • Have strong analytical and leadership skills
  • Be extremely organized and operations-minded
  • Possess exceptional communication skills (email, phone, Zoom) - both internal and client-facing
  • Be flexible to adapt to the needs and priorities of a small but growing agency
  • Able to coordinate multiple clients, projects, and campaigns in an efficient manner
  • Capable of delegating and managing remote team members
  • Be a self starter with a problem-solving mindset
  • Experience with any of the following: WordPress, Asana/ClickUp, Google docs/sheets, Zoom, BrightLocal, MailChimp, CallRail, Agency Analytics

We are currently seeking a Digital Project Manager to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina (US-NC), United States (US). Project Deliverables: The Project Manager is responsible for managing the technical and business leaders through all phases of a complex project related to a large bank merger of equals. Role Responsibilities/Accountabilities: * Leads technology and business implementation for assigned workstream related to a large bank merger of equals. * Responsible for resource allocation and planning, project financial tracking, release management, and issue resolution. * Provide oversight for technology deliverables across multiple projects (detail tasks schedules, implementation plans, control room plans) through implementation and warranty period. * Creates, manages, and understands impacts to project scope, constraints, and schedule. Manages projects according to the work plan. Performs critical path analysis. * Develops and routinely reassesses project budgets to account for variances and ensures accuracy. Creates budget reports to compare actual with forecasted costs. * Creates performance and status reports for relevant stakeholders. * Develops and manages project risk and issue management plans. Analyzes risks by probability and severity to assess their impact on project delivery. Implement procedures to mitigate risk threats. * Utilizes available tools for identifying and tracking issues such as the Delivery Risk Assessment, risk workshops, and clarity. * Develops project organization chart and governance structures. Defines the roles and responsibilities of team members. * Defines processes and standards around governance, communication, and quality. Develops deliverable acceptance plans and criteria. * Identifies and develops a strategy for changes in scope, schedule, and cost. Develops a strategic rationale for change including costs, benefits, tradeoffs, etc. * Creates transition plan, identifies lessons learned and applies the lessons learned to future projects. * Identifies and manages project and program interdependencies. * Establish program objectives; develop requirements, plan schedules, and estimate cost. * Balance stakeholder needs and effectively negotiate tradeoffs between scope, schedule, and budget. Basic Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in a technology or related field is required * 5+ years of Financial Services Industry experience in a project management function within a management consulting environment * 5+ years of experience as a project manager leading technical and business project teams through conversions * 3+ years of Agile experience * 5+ years of experience working with Microsoft Office Suite, MS Project, Sharepoint, and Visio * Ability to travel up to 50% when deemed safe per COVID-19 guidelines Preferences: * Big 4 and/or boutique consulting firm experience * Consulting experience with an FSI client * FSI merger & acquisition experience * 50% travel tolerance when deemed safe per COVID-19 guidelines * PMP certification About NTT DATA Services NTT DATA Services is a global business and IT services provider specializing in digital, cloud and automation across a comprehensive portfolio of consulting, applications, infrastructure and business process services.
