Job Description:

About the Role:

The Digital Coordinator will join a dynamic marketing team and will focus on building relationships with our audiences and driving IMAX ticket sales by managing content updates for imax.com, the IMAX App, YouTube, and supporting IMAX Digital initiatives. This role will require data entry and asset management. This individual will work with the IMAX Digital team's analytics and reporting, meeting scheduling, presentations, project administrative support, among other responsibilities.

What You'll Do:

• Coordinate asset and data requests for IMAX digital experiences properties

• Manage assets and data entry for IMAX.com, the IMAX App, and IMAX YouTube

• Collaborate with ticketing partners, film marketing, and technical teams to ensure successful tickets on sale campaigns

• Help digital project tracking and digital ecosystem reporting

• Support promotional code requests and inventory management

• Assist in scheduling meetings for the Digital Team and assists with presentation decks

• Process invoices and keeps track of Digital Team contracts

What You'll Need:

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field

• Experience or ability to use content management systems (CMS) to update digital platforms

• Ability to update and manage assets and data entry

• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

Compensation:

41,978.00 - 54,080.00
