Digital Production Associate

Dillards.com is looking for Production Associate to work with our eCommerce Merchandising team in our corporate headquarters. This individual must have excellent organizational skills, be self-motivated and have an eye for details. The Digital Production Associate will have data entry responsibilities and will need to produce accurate results. The need for competent communication skills with a good assessment of work day priorities will be necessary. Details are of paramount importance in this job. The ideal candidate should be extremely organized, proficient in spelling, grammar and punctuation, and have strong computer skills as well as a passion for fashion and retail.Required Skills:
Background in retail, fashion, or business; eCommerce environment experience preferred.
Undergraduate Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Fashion Merchandising, or related field. Strong command of grammar, spelling and punctuation.
Passionate about fashion, retail, and the latest trends.
Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
Ability to multitask and adapt in a deadline-driven environment
