As a Digital Product Specialist focusing on our CareSearch Reward$ program for national accounts and other clients, as well as our decision support tools, you will have basic knowledge of theories, practices and procedures in a specific function or skill. You will perform routine or structured work and respond to routine or standard requests. You will use existing procedures and facts to solve routine problems or conduct routine analyses and partner with others for instruction, guidance or direction.

Specific responsibility for functional and technical relationship with external and internal, strategic partners related to CareSearch Reward$ program and consumer decision support capabilities within the web portal experience across a variety of clients.

CareSearch Reward$ is a new decision support incentive solution targeted at motivating participating members to make optimal choices when purchasing care for a discrete set of 'shoppable' care paths / services. UMR has developed this program to meet market demands for incentive solutions that drive consumer behavior patterns and better (more cost efficient, higher quality) care purchasing choices. Candidates for this position will be closely involved in the set-up, implementation, configuration, reporting, analysis and data mining activities required to execute on this program for key accounts and national accounts customers.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Business Requirements and Client specific requirements analysis

  • Digital Product and Project management

  • Consultant contact related to understanding, building and documenting strategic position on CareSearch Reward$ program and decision support tools

  • Market analysis, creation and oversight of program design requirements supported by a strong understanding of the consumer experience (current and desired state)

  • Claims analysis for the CareSearch Reward$ program to determine qualifying members

  • Creation and management of milestone plans for all assigned projects

  • Monitoring performance against established standards for strategic partners

  • Issues management and problem solving related to existing functionality within the current program as well as supporting systems and data structures like claims, reporting, tool, etc.

  • Member reporting and analysis

  • Assistance with strategic client consultation, communication and planning

  • QA and UAT on development supporting CSR$ and associated decision support solutions

  • Uses pertinent data and facts to identify and solve a range of problems within area of expertise

  • Investigates non-standard requests and problems, with some assistance from others

  • Prioritizes and organizes own work to meet deadlines

  • Provides explanations and information to others on topics within area of expertise

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher

  • 1 years of Digital product experience

  • 3 years Product Research / Analysis, Business Analysis or Project Management experience within a matrix organization

  • Communication (written, oral and online)

  • Problem solving

  • Data Analytics

  • Ability to create conclusions based on data provided

  • Root cause analysis and solution

  • Attention to detail and commitment to high quality, on time deliverables

  • Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize deliverables

  • Proven organizational skills with ability to be flexible and work with ambiguity

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Background in analytical reporting and analysis - related to web and claims utilization

  • Healthcare Experience

  • Experience with MS Project, MS Visio

If you're out to make a difference, apply today. The IT Operations Service Manager is responsible for a group of IT production applications. Responsibility, at a high level, includes application availability, reliability and stability on a 7 by 24 by 365 basis. Responsibility for small enhancements (i.e. work orders) is also part of the responsibility. In addition to day-to-day production support, the Service Manager is responsible for additional asset management services. Among these responsibilities are product lifecycle management (i. e. maintaining versions of products with applications), overall performance and stabilization, disaster recovery, SOX compliance and coordination of infrastructure changes. The Operations Service Manager will manage a group of 10 to 15 technical individuals including a small team of employees who are subject matter experts. Primary Responsibilities: * Manage the relationship between the business customers and IT partners for their assigned applications * Manage application-specific production support processes * Provide all tiers of application support in coordination with business teams * Develop skills within the team and cross train resources to minimize dependency on critical resources * Assist Support Analysts with problem triage, categorization ("break/fix" vs. "enhancement"), root cause analysis and ability to re-create a problem * Work with business partners to ensure appropriate prioritization for scheduled maintenance, including coordination of priorities across applications when required * Coordinate business approval of production migrations (release entry framework) * Provide leadership in critical issue resolution during the war room process * Facilitate the hand-off of new release functionality from the development team to the Support team * Identify enhancements to improve supportability, operability or performance of applications within the application group * Develop supporting business case for suggested enhancements * Collect, analyze and report SLA's as per contract needs - take corrective action as warranted and approved * Resolve issues with application-level service performance * Identify, sponsor and implement continuous improvement initiatives within the Support units * Manage a staff of direct and indirect resources for their assigned applications and managing established budgets and forecasts. Participate in the budget setting process including justification of planned staffing levels Required Qualifications: * 7 years IT Service Delivery experience running daily operations * 5 years IT management experience (leading teams, tracking SLA and metrics, performance improvements and issue resolution etc.) * Bachelor's degree or higher (or at least 7 years of equivalent work experience) * Must be able to work on call as needed in a 24/7 shop * Travel could be around 25% in the U.S. as needed * Must have managed teams of 5 or larger IT staff in a current or previous role Preferred Qualifications: * Candidates must have strong verbal and written communications skills * Ability to collaborate effectively with peers and development teams (build relationships) * Essential to have strong organization skills * ITIL certification * Healthcare industry knowledge Careers with Optum.
