In 2018 Michelin, the largest tire manufacturer in Europe, invested in the company which is now a 50:50, privately held joint venture between Sumitomo and Michelin.

Description

As a Senior Digital Product Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the development, strategy, and success of digital products within the organization focused around B2C brands. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, engineers, marketers, customers, and stakeholders, to define and execute the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs. Your role will involve managing the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and ongoing optimization. You will provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to junior product managers and contribute to the overall product management strategy.

This role will be a Hybrid work environment.

Job Responsibilities

  • Define the strategic vision and goals for digital products, considering market trends, competitive analysis, and customer feedback.

  • Develop and communicate a clear product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on business objectives, user needs, and technical feasibility.

  • Lead the product development process, working closely with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

  • Drive agile product development methodologies, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products that meet customer expectations.

  • Engage and communicate with key stakeholders, including executives, business owners, and other teams, to gather input, set expectations, and provide regular updates on product initiatives.

  • Advocate for the product vision, demonstrating the value and impact of digital products to gain support and resources.

  • Stay abreast of market trends, industry developments, and emerging technologies related to digital products.

  • Conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities and differentiate the organization's products in the market.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field a plus (e.g., Computer Science, Business Administration, or related disciplines).

  • Proven experience as a Digital Product Manager or similar role, preferably in a senior or leadership capacity.

  • Strong understanding of digital product development methodologies, UX/UI design principles, and agile project management practices.

  • Proficient in using product management tools and platforms to manage the product lifecycle, prioritize features, and track progress (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana).

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven and customer-centric approach to product development.

  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at various levels.

  • Experience with user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform product decision-making.

  • Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and techniques, including SEO, SEM, and CRM
