Bloomin' Brands Inc. is seeking a proactive and hands-on Digital Product Manager to own and execute our strategic approach across various digital platforms. This role will focus on front-end development for our websites, digital browsable menus, email deployments, Ziosk UX content development, Yext, and other digital touchpoints. You'll also contribute to strategic planning, exploring new possibilities to enhance our digital presence. In this role, you will play a key role in establishing the product roadmap, ensuring our digital platforms provide a best-in-class customer experience and drive sales. Experience with Sitecore CMS and Marigold Engage or similar ESPs is highly desirable.

Essential Duties:

  • Execution and Development: Lead the day-to-day development of email deployments , website content, digital browsable menus, Ziosk UX content, Yext, and other digital touchpoints. Take ownership of coding, assembling assets, and deploying content efficiently. This role may also involve troubleshooting, reporting and tracking issues with digital products.

  • Content Management: Manage content within the Sitecore CMS, ensuring adaptive/responsive design and continuous improvement of the customer experience through hands-on execution.

  • SEO Implementation: Develop and implement SEO solutions to improve site rankings, continuously driving toward a best-in-class website experience through hands-on execution.

  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UX/design, marketing, technology, compliance, and operations and external vendors to ensure feasibility and deliverability of digital solutions.

  • Strategic Direction: Contribute to the strategic direction and prioritization of digital products and features associated with customer experience, aligning with business objectives and customer needs.

  • Analytics Optimization: Leverage analytics to optimize traffic for increased sales, reservations, online orders, loyalty program engagement, and more, implementing changes based on data insights.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.

  • HTML, CSS, and JavaScript proficiency with email development required.

  • 5-8 years of in digital product development or website management experience required.

  • Advanced website analytics experience required.

  • Proficiency in web-design practices and software (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Dreamweaver) required.

  • Experience leading website SEO efforts and implementing SEO best practices required.

  • Adaptability to changing business conditions and priorities required.
