Responsibilities

As a Manager, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Proactively assist in the management of a portfolio of clients, while reporting to Senior Managers and above

  • Be involved in the financial management of clients

  • Be actively involved in business development activities to help identify and research opportunities on new/existing clients

  • Contribute to the development of your own and team's technical acumen

  • Develop strategies to solve complex technical challenges

  • Assist in the management and delivering of large projects

  • Train, coach, and supervise staff

  • Keep up to date with local and national business and economic issues

  • Continue to develop internal relationships and your PwC brand

Demonstrates extensive knowledge and/or a proven record of success managing the development and utilization of technology, emphasizing the following areas:

  • Managing projects by defining and achieving project outcomes and meeting project key performance metric targets;

  • Utilizing and applying into projects knowledge of IT implementation and maintenance, learning initiatives, operations reporting, metrics, marketing and communications;

  • Exploring new technologies & assembling and managing product teams by working closely with engineering team and stakeholders;

  • Working in small multidisciplinary teams to help build products that are beneficial to our consultants and their clients;

  • Demonstrating flexibility by working to define requirements while simultaneously designing for those requirements;

  • Establishing a successful collaboration model with business leadership teams and functional leadership teams;

  • Developing and maintaining relationships with key management within significant vendor organizations and leveraging those relationships to solve any relationship issues and to stay current with technology and other developments within those companies;

  • Presenting at meetings and conferences to create awareness of product strategy and generate excitement for future business opportunities;

  • Providing valuable stakeholder feedback to address and taking action to meet the firm's strategic goals;

  • Representing stakeholders and setting product and project vision;

  • Working with the development team, by creating and managing a product road-map;

  • Prioritizing new features/development and establishing execution is completed;

  • Managing/coaching small multidisciplinary product teams and collaborating with designers, business users, and developers to innovate and drive product development;

  • Being an influential voice on behalf of the customer (our consultants and their clients) constantly thinking about their needs and the reflection of those needs in the products we deliver; and,

  • Producing visual prototype and functions.

This role will assist with the roadmap of requests sponsored by our JPMorgan business partners but also will have contact with Digital Wealth Management and Chase Wealth Management businesses as well. Collaboration with other business, design teams and engineering product owners will be required to develop a unified customer experience across all varieties of shared client and product sets. This position will require building up knowledge of clients with complex product mixes across multiple businesses. We're looking for someone who can learn to sort through the relationships and help define expectations for clients shared across multiple businesses, with atypical profile structures, etc. This position requires the ability to come up to speed quickly in new business areas, work with multiple products/projects/business units in parallel, and balance multiple initiatives. Candidates should have excellent written and oral communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, and outstanding analytical and research skills, as well as a passion for digital and emerging technologies. Responsibilities * Serve as conduit between various Digital Product orgs and the wealth management businesses. * Assist other product groups with identifying and engaging with appropriate JPMorgan contacts that should be a part of their cabinets or serve in that stead if need be. * Ensure any gaps identified between JPMorgan and other branded experiences are tracked, assessed, and assigned to appropriate roadmap owners for closure. * Grow into a subject matter expert on complex profiles and relationships that are more prevalent within the wealth businesses and assist other digital teams with the needs such clients have within their feature areas. * Monitor incoming work coming through Digital Intake to identify possible JPMorgan impacts and connect project/product teams with the appropriate business counterpart. * Participate in a weekly update on work happening on behalf of JPMorgan businesses along with work happening elsewhere that will impact JPMorgan clients. * Provide support on weekly reporting efforts across a variety of forums. Qualifications * 3+ years of product or relationship management or relevant experience as well as record of individual technical achievement * Understanding of financial modeling, forecasting, and tracking as it relates to product delivery * Ability to influence stakeholders with diverse points of view * Structured thinker, effective communicator with excellent written communication skills * Proven track record of delivery and new product feature creation * Ability to prioritize projects and efforts according to business need and industry trends * Familiarity with the business services and offerings associated with Chase * Ability to influence people at all levels across a broad variety of job functions * Demonstrated ability to manage tight delivery timelines and calmness under pressure * Commitment and self-motivation suitable to a start-up team * BA or BS in applicable field of study. * Experience with agile product development techniques and continuous integration philosophies and practices for speed to market is a plus * Experience with Microsoft suite (PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint) as well as JIRA and Confluence tools.
