Job Description

• Monday - Friday 2:30 - 10:30 pm

• Occasional overtime is required.

• $17.00/hr plus $1.75/hr shift differential

We are seeking a skilled Digital Printer Operator to join our Jet Stream team on the 2nd shift. As a Digital Printer Operator, you will play a crucial role in our production process, requiring strong organizational, communication, and time management skills. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong work ethic, a focus on production and quality, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Operate digital printing equipment efficiently and effectively.

• Perform various tasks related to the printing process, including setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

• Collaborate with team members to set staffing plans and production goals for each shift.

• Communicate essential information to team members during shift overlaps to enhance overall plant performance.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.

• Adhere to quality control standards to ensure the accuracy and precision of printed materials.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift 15 - 30 lbs frequently and stand for 8 - 10 hours per day.

• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.

• Flexibility to work a flexible schedule, including weekend hours and overtime as needed.

• Basic computer skills and knowledge of digital printing equipment.

• Team player.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Communicates with team members.

• Share equipment knowledge with team members.

• Participate in the Team Business Meetings.
