Full-Time About Us: Alphagraphics is a leading provider of print and marketing solutions, dedicated to helping businesses and individuals communicate effectively. We are seeking a skilled Digital Press Operator to join our dynamic team and contribute to our high standards of quality and customer service.

Responsibilities: Operate high-end digital presses (e.g., Xerox, Canon, Ricoh, Konica Minolta) to produce high-quality print jobs. Manage tasks using RIP software EFI Fiery. Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting on digital presses to ensure optimal performance.

Conduct quality control checks to ensure print jobs meet specifications and maintain color accuracy. Communicate effectively with team members and clients to clarify job specifications and address any issues. Stay updated with new technologies and adapt to changing workflows.

Requirements: Proven experience operating high-end digital presses. Proficiency in prepress and printing software, including Adobe Creative Suite and RIP software. Strong understanding of color management, calibration, and PDF workflows.

Ability to perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot common issues with digital presses. Keen attention to detail and a high level of accuracy. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment. Ability to stand for long periods and handle physically demanding tasks. What We Offer:
