Knowledge and skills required for the position are:

Understanding the features and functionality of digital payment platforms.

Provide consistent and accurate customer service to internal and external customers.

Must be familiar with iPhone, iPad, Android phone and Android tablet to provide customer phone/technical support for Online and Mobile Banking, and Remote Deposit software used by customers.

Assist with basic online and mobile banking customer support and troubleshooting.

Process incoming and outgoing transactions for all payment types (ACH, Wires, Instant Payments, Online Banking Transactions, etc.).

Be able to research payments requiring further attention, including communicating with other financial institutions where applicable.

Responsible for setup and processing Positive Pay.

Responsible for balancing, processing, and customer contact related to the bill pay platform.

Provide support to internal and external customers for Business and Retail Remote Deposit Capture including new customer setups.

Responsible for logging all support calls into CRM system with supporting details.

Adhere to bank policies and procedures.

Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:30pm (occasional hours outside of timeframe due to larger projects and/or to finish end of day tasks)
