Reporting to Optimization Product Manager, this individual will be responsible for assisting in the definition and delivery of personalization, AB and MVT testing solutions that span the online and mobile channels. This individual must have a minimum of 2-3 years of product management experience in the online retail sales/service, digital financial services, or web portal space. Expertise in the digital marketing, AB testing and optimization space is preferred. A bachelor's degree and excellent verbal and written communication skills are required - master's degree preferred. Adobe Experience Cloud and/or Adobe Target experience preferred.
Assist in creating and implementing personalization and AB testing plans in Adobe Target, aligning with digital marketing initiatives and segmentation/targeting strategy at large scale.
Collaborate across business lines to ensure that digital experiences align with business strategy, customer experience goals, and Ally's usability and design standards
Work closely with business partners to identify and gather business requirements for new AB test initiatives and iterations. Translate business requirements into Adobe Target test designs.
Manage AB test project flow and documentation
Execute initiatives in area of responsibility through, (including but not limited to):
Working with the User Experience (UX) team to achieve the optimal experience design for authentication and customer protection experiences
Partnering with the Technology team to implement changes to areas in scope
Assist in creating and executing internal and external communication plans
Monitor performance of products through customer feedback and reporting, identify and proactively address gaps and opportunities
Through industry research provide the organization with expertise in the competitive and vendor landscape
With the direction of the Product Manager, manage and direct the product life cycle of assigned products, from product definition to end of life
Miscellaneous duties as assigned
Knowledge of common practices, trends, user experience standards, regulation and innovation in digital financial services is required
A minimum of 2-3 years of product management experience in the online retail sales/service, digital financial services, or web portal space is required, preferably consumer facing sites
Experience with creating business requirements and end to end initiative management is required
Experience with digital targeting and segmentation strategy is strongly preferred
Understanding of AB test design and utilization of key performance indicators preferred
Ability to work well within cross-functional teams, and on several projects at once is required
General technical knowledge / general understanding of HTML is preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required
Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred
