Citi's goal is to become the World's Digital Bank. The North America Internet Development team is playing a big part in making that happen. The Digital organization is responsible for application development of all NA browser-based and mobile applications supporting Citi Cards, Citibank, and Citi Mortgage clients. We are also on a path of fully embracing an agile development methodology.
Provide technical leadership to project teams to develop and support the implementation of large enterprise mobile banking applications with iOS mobile Applications.
Design build and integrate new functionality, on the latest cutting edge Apple technologies, into iOS mobile applications using primarily Swift.
Collaborate with external vendors to meet end-to-end component needs and lead development projects using Agile methodology.
Develop Proof of Concepts demonstrating industry trends and new features in iOS operating systems pertinent to mobile banking.
Analyze business specifications and produce design and code artifacts that meet the specifications.
Provide technical guidance to junior team members and ensure adherence to product roadmaps as well as mobile security and compliance standards.
Collaborate with Program Management and Business Analysts to provide project estimation and status reports for software development efforts.
Develop complex, high volume, and scalable applications with mobile client using agile methodology for iOS and micro services platforms.
Provide Tier 3 production support, including developing solutions for advanced systems issues.
Lead sub teams in developing iOS mobile applications, providing technical guidance and ensuring adherence to product roadmaps. Collaborate with the Chief Technology Office, Information Security, Fraud and other support organizations to deliver robust digital products that meet Citi standards
Use production monitoring tools like Splunk, AppDynamics for ensuring reliability and availability of deployed mobile applications and services.
Three plus years' experience delivering large complex projects
Three plus years developing iOS mobile Apps in Swift/Object-c
Bachelor's degree or equivalent, excellent communication skills - Ability to balance multiple demands and work both independently and as part of a team to develop solutions
Developing mobile applications for iOS and Android operating systems using Objective C and Swift
COCOA Touch, Apple Dynamic frameworks
Professional maturity in dealing with all levels of management and staff
Ability to understand customer needs and manage expectations
Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment
Experience developing software with Agile methodologies
Experience with Apple Push Notifications is a plus
Knowledge and/or experience with CI/CD for iOS mobile applications (Cloudbees, BitBucket) is a plus
Knowledge and/or experience with micro services (Sprint Boot, GemFire, Undertow etc.) is a plus
Knowledge and/or experience with cloud-based development with Pivotal Cloud Foundry or AWS is a plus
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or closely related field and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the position offered or as a Software Engineer/Developer, Systems Engineer, Technology Analyst or related position developing mobile software systems.
Alternatively, employer will accept a Master's degree in the stated fields and 3 years of experience in the stated positions.
