The Digital Media Senior Representative is responsible for developing and consulting clients within his/her market. This is a career position for a person who wants to contribute to the long-term success of a high growth and progressive company. Our business-to-business sales representatives are responsible for selling a value-based online advertising solution for automotive clients. This position will focus on growth of existing accounts and prospect for new opportunities, speak with decision makers, analyze their needs, and effectively deliver value-added solutions.

Responsibilities include:

  • Develop and aggressively grow sales through prospecting, cold calls and relationship development.

  • Cold-call key decision makers and negotiate rates in defined territory.

  • Ensure both customers and prospects have a detailed understanding of our products through a consultative selling approach.

  • Ensure current customer satisfaction by responding quickly and accurately to problems, concerns or needs.

  • Maintain a high level of customer service through training and customer support.

  • Develop relationships with dealers and dealer groups. Leverage these relationships to maximize revenue opportunities.

  • Proactively market the company to customers and convey the advantages of our services.

  • If requested, manage and monitor all contracts, as well as accounts receivables.

  • Collaborate with team members, managers and cross-functional departments when necessary.

VIEW JOBS 11/5/2018 12:00:00 AM 2019-02-03T00:00 The Digital Media Specialist will be a creative thinker who ensures the mission and brand of the College of Science is continually conveyed through College websites, social media, and related digital channels. This position will have two primary functions. The first function will be the development, management, and maintenance of web content of the College program sites and newsletters. Duties will include writing, editing, researching, and producing stories for COS, and optimizing any multimedia embedded (photos, videos) into the websites and social media platforms. This position will also be responsible for managing user-generated content in all areas of the site. The second function will be the management of all COS social media platforms, which are currently Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter. Additionally, this position will prepare and distribute electronic communications for COS, including faculty/staff/student/alumni newsletters (approximately monthly) and e-marketing to peer influencers, and develop ways to engage with our stakeholders and identify new social networks to engage our prospective students The goal is to maximize web/social media impact for increasing awareness of the College and enhanced access to information by stakeholders (prospective students, media, public, peer influencers, internal College community).
