We are currently seeking a Paid Media Performance Supervisor to lead our digital media and analytics team. This position requires a candidate who is both strategic and tactical in their execution. The role involves overseeing digital campaign setup, reporting, analysis, and optimization. This is a client-facing position that involves collaboration with both clients and internal account teams. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in optimizing media placements, driving Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), and mentoring a team of digital marketing specialists.

Essential duties and responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with account management and media planning teams to develop and present digital media strategies, compile reports, and suggest campaign optimizations.

  • Take charge of implementing conversion tracking for digital campaigns.

  • Support the digital team by conducting website audits and implementing adjustments to enhance site performance.

  • Generate and interpret reports to provide insights for client reporting and further campaign optimization.

  • Prepare research and insights to support and justify proposed media strategies and tactics.

  • Work closely with internal account teams to analyze post-campaign data and formulate recommendations for future media purchases.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive paid media strategies that meet or exceed client objectives.

  • Supervise the daily operations of the digital media team, ensuring optimal productivity, campaign performance, and up-to-date client dashboards.

  • Analyze campaign performance data to provide strategic insights and recommendations for enhancements.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in digital advertising technology and practices.

  • Conduct A/B testing and other performance evaluations to drive continuous improvements in campaign outcomes.

  • Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment, encouraging the professional growth and development of team members.

Qualifications

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.

Experience / Qualifications:

  • 7+ years related experience

  • Must have experience in interacting daily and optimizing Google Ads, Meta and LinkedIn campaigns, as well as a high comfort level in DCM, GA4, Looker Studio, and Google Tag Manager

  • Must be detail oriented and able to present confidently to clients

  • Strong analytical skills with experience in using data to inform decisions

  • Solution-oriented mindset

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, capable of motivating and guiding a team

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
