About The Role

The Digital Media Manager at Single Grain will hit the ground running. You are capable of growing revenues by successfully managing multiple paid digital campaigns across various platforms. You strategically develop and implement campaigns, manage budgets and bids, analyze campaign performance and present data-driven insights. You are insatiably committed to maintaining successful relationships with your clients and your team, as a trusted advisor, leader, and mentor.


  • Successfully manage multiple client accounts and communicate professionally with point of contact
  • Create and develop paid media campaigns across various industries and platforms (Google, Facebook, Bing, Twitter, Pinterest, etc)
  • Be accountable for budget pacing and recommend strategic data-driven adjustments
  • Gather and analyze data insights (ROI, ROAS, CPA, CTR, conversion volume, etc.) to deliver reports with accuracy and propose action plans for optimization
  • Monitor the latest trends and changes in social media and the digital industry


  • Strategic expertise on multiple advertising platforms (e.g., Google, Facebook, Bing, Twitter, Pinterest, Amazon, etc.)
  • 2+ years of PPC campaign management experience
  • Experience with Google Analytics and Tag Manager
  • Basic knowledge of HTML
  • Project management and analytical skills
  • Writing and proofreading skills (creative copy, emails, etc.)
  • Google Ads and Facebook Blueprint certifications a plus
  • Experience with marketplaces such as Amazon a plus

This spectrum includes individual personalities as well as larger digital-first entertainment companies. In this role, working closely with our entertainment vertical, you will align with Strategic Partner Managers who manage this book of business. The objective of this role is to help these partners adopt solutions across Facebook that help solve their business needs. Notable products include Facebook Live, Ad Breaks and Branded Content. The ideal candidate will work on major product launches, set product adoption goals and objectives, and prioritize market feedback requests for product optimization. Success in this position requires an understanding of Facebook's media products, a focus on marketing services specifically geared towards digital native entertainment companies, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams plus stakeholders in a matrixed organization. This is a full-time position located in our Los Angeles, California office. RESPONSIBILITIES * Partner closely with digital native entertainment partnerships team to drive product understanding and adoption that helps digital native publishers reach their objectives on Facebook Distill and surface partner feedback to product teams for new and existing media products Aggregate partner product needs into broader trends/analysis Identify scalable path to grow digital native entertainment companies on Facebook Engage roles like Partner Services, Media Operations and Marketing through cross-functional, cross-vertical and cross-office collaboration Organize and conduct feedback sessions with partners that help to identify our greatest opportunities within existing products and emerging businesses Be a reliable source of insight on products in the media & entertainment ecosystem MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS * BA/BS degree 7+ years of experience within marketing, product, or partnerships Experience with the product feedback loop process, including capturing product feedback from customers or users, and summarizing usage trends to inform product decisions Experience working independently Knowledge of Facebook's media products, a focus on marketing services specifically geared towards creators, and experience working with cross-functional teams plus stakeholders in a matrixed organization Experience contributing at strategic and tactical levels that drive internal stakeholders to a consensus on important issues Experience influencing at a variety of levels, including cross-functional managers Experience in a partner-facing capacity that includes presentation experience PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS * MBA or secondary degree Industry knowledge plus marketing experience of the creator community Facebook is committed to providing reasonable accommodations for qualified individuals with disabilities and disabled veterans in our job application procedures.
