Job Description

We are seeking aMedia Supervisorto join our media team in Salt Lake City. This position requires experience in strategy, planning, oversight in buying and implementing paid media across both digital and traditional media channels (broadcast excluded). This role serves as the media discipline lead within designated accounts and works closely with cross-functional teams and assigned media teams to deliver effective campaigns mapped to client objectives. This position is responsible for developing thoughtful integrated media strategies and working with our media planners and associates to effectively bring the strategies to life. The manger is also responsible for growth of assigned media team. We are looking for a positive leader to join us that knows how foster trust, collaboration and career growth for our associates and planners.

Job Skills & Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in B2B digital media strategy and planning
  • Proven expertise in development of B2B campaign strategies and measurement plans
  • Experience in developing personas and doing target audience research to understand media consumption habits of audiences
  • Empowering leadership style encouraging the best work from teams and fostering a healthy team dynamic
    • Managers will have 2+ direct reports with responsibility to guide their career growth
  • Serve as the discipline lead in cross functional teams and responsible for cross functional department communication
  • Effective communication and presentation skills in writing, in person and over the phone
    • Ownership/oversight of all media related client presentations
  • Strong knowledge of the industry and media strategy, buying and planning in both execution and training
  • Proven attention to detail, can maintain and manage complex media budgets
  • Solid mathematical, data and analytical abilities
  • Expert in both excel and power point. (Pivot tables, large data files, chart creation, etc.)
    • Microsoft Office Proficiency
  • Ability to work across multiple clients at the same time
  • Effective time management and organization skills to manage needs and unexpected requests across clients and teams
  • Bachelors degree
    • Formats include awareness, thought leadership, content creation, lead generation/demand generation, publisher direct as well as programmatic buying

Additional Experience

  • Supports onboarding of new clients
  • Experience in client billings, invoicing, and reconciling vendor invoices.
  • Media Research Tool experience: IMS, MRI, com
    Score, Kantar Media Strategy, Forrester, Google Double Click, etc.
