Job Description
Summary:
We are currently seeking an experienced and talented Digital Media Buyer to join our close-knit team. The position will be responsible for monitoring and completing buys and managing a small team of buyers for our premier automotive clients while collaborate the Martin Retail field organization across the U.S.
We are one of the nation's largest automotive advertising agencies and pride ourselves in providing the best retail automotive marketing solutions to our clients.
Responsibilities:
Support the Digital Planner & Field Team to provide media recommendations.
Monitor and complete all media requests from Planners in the internal system.
Estimate digital media for specific markets within a region.
Enter digital buys into the system and send orders to the vendors.
Coordinate with Traffic to ensure that all confirmed buys are uploaded in a timely manner.
Ensure all buys are posted on Media systems by deadlines.
Reconcile monthly invoicing for all clients. Ensure schedules ran as ordered, secure credits where necessary, reschedule any lost inventory.
Provide assistance to the Media Billing Client Business Manager to reconcile invoice, solve missing invoice issues and similar tasks.
Provide direction to Junior and Assistant Buyers in completing their buys and tasks.

Qualifications
Qualifications:
Four-year degree in the area of Advertising, Marketing or a similar discipline
Minimum of 3 - 5 years' experience as a Digital Media Buyer.
Experience using one of the major buying software systems. Media Ocean and Prisma experience preferred.
Ability to deliver quality work in a short turnaround time.
Proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Outstanding organizational and communication skills including presentations.
Great work ethic and math skills.
Team-orientation.
Past experience meeting media audit requirements considered a plus.
