The Digital Media Assistant will support the Digital Media Team in managing the necessary deliverables to plan, execute, launch, analyze, optimize and reconcile the digital media programs which build exposure and drive significant business to our stores and Gucci.com. The role focuses primarily on all aspects related to Digital Display Campaigns, Local Marketing and Office Administration.
Support Digital Media Manager with execution of the digital display campaigns by working closely with media agency to ensure all deadlines are met to launch campaigns in time;
Coordinate request for proposals (RFP's) to media partners through media agency;
Organize, files and distribute media kits, documents, and proposals;
Save and organize all relevant assets (Media Brief, Guidelines etc.) sent by HQ to the drive;
Fill in creative matrix for each campaign based on merchandising and local business priorities;
Monitor and track creative rotation once the campaign launches online by regularly checking websites and by collecting screenshots;
Work with media agency to track and test all links before campaigns launch;
Collect screenshots for all live digital media campaigns and compile a seasonal resource deck with visuals of all placements;
Work closely with the corporate image design team to resolve any creative issues such as wrong spec size, tagging, cropping issues and ensure custom units are approved;
Liaise with Kering Eyewear and Gucci Group Watches and Jewelry to confirm advertising creative selections;
Save and organize all relevant assets (Media Brief, Guidelines etc.);
Work with Digital Media Planner to source and manage all product sample requests for digital native programs;
Work with the retail teams to ensure all Gucci Places listings are up to date in Yelp, Yext and Snapchat filters;
Monitor competition and key digital players on digital innovative activities, influencer partnerships and social media;
Stay up to date with social media and new platform innovations;
All office administrative responsibilities.
1 year digital and/or marketing experience;
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Powerpoint, Excel);
Extremely organized and detail oriented;
Ability to work with a sense of urgency in a fast paced environment.
