Exempt Location: Remote Job Summary: KnowFully Learning Group is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Strategist to support the execution of digital marketing initiatives with a focus on paid search, SEO, and technical optimization.

This role involves contributing to learner acquisition strategies, improving website performance, and implementing digital campaigns to enhance audience engagement. Supervisory Responsibilities: None. Duties/Responsibilities:

Support the execution of SEO initiatives to meet target objectives, increase site traffic, and improve organic rankings. Assist with the management of paid search and display campaigns to maximize ROI. Collaborate on website updates and optimizations to improve use experience and conversion rates.

Manage web content, imagery, advertisements, and updates to enhance use experience and conversion rates. Contribute to content creation for marketing efforts, including email, websites, and ad campaigns. Execute SMS campaigns and assist in managing updates to the YouTube channel and podcasts.

Leverage AI tools and automation platforms for campaign support and process improvement. Collaborate with team members to execute projects within defined timelines. Assist with data collection and analysis to inform marketing decisions.

Other duties as assigned. Required Skills/Abilities: Familiarity with WordPress, HubSpot, and digital advertising platforms.

Strong writing, organizational, and time management skills. Ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines effectively. Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. 3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on SEO & paid search. Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
