Position Overview: VOXX Electronics Corporation is seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the Digital Marketing Specialist will play a pivotal role in developing and executing digital marketing strategies across multiple channels. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for digital marketing, strong attention to detail, and proficiency in Adobe Suite. This is a remote position, offering the opportunity for creativity and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own all social media activity, including creating posts, managing the social posting calendar, and creating engaging content for various platforms.

• Manage all aspects of email marketing, including calendar management, content creation, and campaign execution to drive engagement and conversions.

• Take ownership of front-end website-related activities, such as updating product information, implementing changes, creating compelling copy, and managing blog content.

• Develop and execute digital advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and others to drive brand awareness and lead generation.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of digital marketing efforts with overall brand strategy and objectives.

• Assist in the creation of compelling visual content, including graphics, infographics, and videos, to support digital marketing initiatives and enhance brand storytelling.

• Collaborate with the Content & Design Specialist to develop multimedia assets that align with brand guidelines and resonate with target audiences.

• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for differentiation in the digital landscape.

• Support the implementation and optimization of marketing automation tools and systems to streamline processes and improve campaign efficiency.

• Assist with the management of digital marketing budgets, tracking expenditures and ROI to ensure optimal resource allocation and performance.

• Provide support for other digital marketing activities and projects as needed, contributing to the overall success and growth of the marketing team.

• Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to optimize digital marketing campaigns and drive continuous improvement.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and user experience design to enhance campaign effectiveness.

• UI/UX experience is a plus, with the ability to contribute to website design and optimization efforts.

• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent work experience).

• Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on social media management, email marketing, and digital advertising.

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant digital marketing tools.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content for various digital channels.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Analytical mindset with a keen attention to detail and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.

• UI/UX experience is a plus, with a solid understanding of website design principles and user experience best practices.
