You enjoy working on a smaller team and can communicate with technical people, like product developers and engineers, as well as marketing and sales.

You will be responsible for increasing brand awareness and growing revenue through digital media. By designing and executing marketing campaigns and optimizing SEO, you will have the opportunity to help shape the future of our digital presence. After campaigns have been launched, you will extract and analyze data across multiple channels. Working on a small team, you will have the opportunity to wear many hats and help out across other areas of marketing as well.


  • Clearly understand and implement digital marketing campaigns
  • Manage day-to-day priorities with digital campaigns
  • Develop a firm grasp of the Voxology product, differentiators, and target audience
  • Assist in developing digital strategies that increase brand awareness, boost website traffic, and improve conversions
  • Review metrics and work with team to adjust strategies and tactics to increase engagement and conversion
  • Ad testing and optimization including testing keywords, ad copy, landing page strategies
  • Conduct keyword research to inform website optimization recommendations and implement website metadata recommendations
  • Basic SEO updates
  • Provide SEO/SEM/PPC and digital marketing strategy, innovation, and process improvement initiatives
  • Implement regular content updates to website and manage routine maintenance, page development and optimization
  • Collaborate cross-functionally in order to gather information, complete projects and campaigns, and share results and insights
  • Continue to drive innovation and creative ideas to maximize results


  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing - SEO/SEM/PPC
  • B2B experience required. SaaS or PaaS experience highly preferred
  • Bachelors degree in marketing, communications, or related field highly preferred
  • General knowledge of various internet marketing channels, search engines, social media, analytics, statistical analysis, and general marketing principles
  • Self starter who takes initiative
  • Experience working in a startup or high growth environment
  • Willing to work on a small team and wear many hats
  • Experience with Google Ads
  • Experience with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
  • Experience with LinkedIn Campaign Manager
  • Experience and knowledge of SEO best practices and optimization for B2B
  • Strong desire to learn all aspects of digital marketing with the ability to research and absorb information quickly
  • Strong independent decision-making, organization, planning, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ultra detail oriented
  • Ability to focus when faced with multiple concurrent projects
  • Technically minded and able to learn new technologies quickly
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment
  • Basic web development skills are preferred but not required
