The Digital Marketing Specialist will work with the Manager of Digital Marketing to help execute various digital marketing strategies for the company. This individual will have an intimate understanding of member needs in order to help create a differentiated online and digital channel experience for our members. Learn and utilize expertise in digital technologies (web, mobile, eCommerce, etc.) to optimize all digital channels.


Education: Bachelors degree in a related field of study. An equivalent combination of education and experience acceptable.

Experience: Two years of experience in digital marketing working across various digital channels.

Knowledge and Skills: Knowledge of website usage and analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, similar). Strong analytical skills with the ability to clearly translate and present statistical data. Working knowledge of HTML helpful. Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact efficiently and effectively with other internal departments and managers. Web, Mobile, ATM, Signage, etc knowledge required. Proficient in the use of the Microsoft Office suite.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1.Support the digital/electronic marketing strategies of the Credit Union.

2.Increase TruWest's online sales process by identifying, analyzing and understanding the digital marketing needs and requirements of TruWest, its members and consumers.

3.Support the maintenance of the Credit Union's website, including page builds and updates on a weekly, monthly or emergency basis.

4.Help to track/monitor and report website traffic/usage/trends, digital advertising results, and email marketing platform results.

5.Support the Manager of Digital Marketing with researching and providing digital marketing data to recommend, develop and attain the Credit Union's strategic goals and objectives through Digital Banking.

6.Work with IT team to develop, update and problem solve digital channels (Web, Mobile, ATM, Signage, etc).

7.Work with third-party vendors in building and maintaining digital channel efforts.

8.Work with other Marketing team members in building, testing, implementing and launching platforms for organizational departments.

9.Ensure all digital content is aligned with stakeholder objectives and is in compliance with brand standards and all relevant rules and regulations.

  1. Implement strategies to drive traffic to digital channels.

  2. Support implementation and interactions with TruWest's digital marketing vendors.

  3. Work with the Marketing Data Specialist to analyze with digital analytics to identify trends and opportunities.

  4. Learn and understand targeting, creative direction, marketing messages, marketing spend, budget allocation across acquisition channels for stakeholders.

  5. Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.

  6. Assist in completing work tickets and managing web copy.

Secondary Duties and Responsibilities:

1.Responsible for providing spontaneous service excellence to members, employees and business associates, demonstrating the values shown on TruWest Credit Union's Vision, Mission, and Value statement.

2.Follow credit union policies for compliance with all laws and regulations, specifically, but not limited to, the Bank Secrecy Act, Security Policies and Confidentiality Policies.

3.Periodically required during outside hours to access digital platforms remotely for updates.

4.Perform other duties as assigned.

VIEW JOBS 1/26/2023 12:00:00 AM 2023-04-26T00:00 <p>Manager, Digital Content and Journey Development</p><p>The ASU Outreach Hub is dedicated to connecting more constituents in impactful ways using data-derived insights, integrated and collaborative approaches and advanced outreach techniques in support of the ASU Public Enterprise.</p><p>The Manager, Digital Content and Journey Development specializes in the email channel and is viewed as the department's resident expert and evangelist for best practices in creating effective audience journeys and crafting variable content that delivers the right message, to the right person, at the right time.</p><p>What you'll do:</p><ul><li><p>Lead orchestrator of the ASU Alumni, Sun Devil Rewards, ASU Foundation and performance marketing email calendars, one of our largest and most frequently used channels</p></li><li><p>Reviews marketing plans/campaigns (workbooks) and applies them to the creation of dynamic journeys and email content</p></li><li><p>Researches best practices and emerging trends to provide recommendations and guidance on best practices, in alignment with brand standards</p></li><li><p>Builds emails using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, reviews test sends prior to their final delivery and deploys email campaigns and journeys</p></li><li><p>Conducts and reviews post-email send analysis reports to adjust future creative execution and flows based on overall performance as measured by the defined goals of the marketing plans, findings of multivariate testing and overall delivery performance</p></li><li><p>Works in collaboration with planning, technical and creative teams to understand requirements, create content, deploy messages, and integrate efforts with other digital approaches; seeks approvals from stakeholders and decision makers</p></li><li><p>Develops a deep knowledge of ASU alumni segments, donors and other personas and is able to effectively speak to, inspire and engage individuals to take action</p></li><li><p>Tracks routine activities and reports progress through project management system, project reporting and provides updates in meeting and presentation formats</p></li><li><p>Collaborates with the enterprise email community and participates in meeting and events to support best-in-class email marketing standards</p></li><li><p>Other duties as assigned</p></li></ul><p>What you'll need:</p><ul><li><p>Demonstrated skills directly curating and repackaging multimedia content and distributing it through digital channels, with a focus on email distribution</p></li><li><p>Excellent written communication and copywriting skills; knowledge of AP style preferred</p></li><li><p>Previous experience creating and maintaining complex email content calendars, journey maps and documented processes that account for a high use of audience segmentation, blocks of dynamic content, automations, and customer journeys</p></li><li><p>Previous experience creating content for personalized email campaigns and audience journeys for a large-scale, segmented audience using email tools.
