TCG is working with an international CPG company that is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist with a core focus on Paid Search. The Digital Marketing Specialist (Paid Search) will be responsible for managing all Paid Search and Shopping campaigns throughout their full lifecycle, including marketing launch, creative messaging strategy, performance optimizations, and post campaign analysis.

This role will recommend, execute, and analyze search and shopping campaigns.

Responsibilities:
? Manage day-to-day search activities for the Paid Search and Shopping channels including keyword research, campaign planning implementation, keyword bid management, negative keyword management, and performance monitoring. ? Monitor and manage daily and monthly budgets, impression share, quality score, and other important account metrics. ? Provide recommendations and execute strategies for keyword opportunities, campaign structuring, and targeting. ? Identify search trends, analyze search query reports, and create daily action plans for campaigns. ? Check SERP daily for issues and shifts; research new competitors. ? Monitor and report on company trademarks infringements using third party software. ? Participate in weekly strategic conversations with publishers and search vendors; ideate together for category search and account growth. ? Assist in generating daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and ad hoc performance reports. ? Collaborate with other digital marketing channels on common initiatives while remaining abreast of changes in the search industry that may impact other digital marketing channels. ? Other duties as assigned; including, but not limited to, assisting with creative process for new landing pages, new offer setup, and search invoices. Requirements

Requirements: ? BA/BS in Marketing, Advertising or related field, required ? 3-5 years of paid search experience; current AdWords/Bing certification ? Strong experience with Google Analytics and Google properties ? Experience working with DoubleClick ad serving platform and trafficking creative assets ? Experience with project management and coordinating cross-functional teams ? Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills ? Understanding of SEM ? Ability to excel under high pressure. ? Detail-oriented, excellent organizational and presentation skills ? Excellent problem-solving skills ? creative, analytical, practical, thorough ? Comfortable working in a fast-paced, start-up environment ? Exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously ? As the Search Engine Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for working with the Sr. Acquisition Manager to execute and extract maximum efficiency from a wide range of customer acquisition and engagement campaigns across our business units. The ideal candidate would be a passionate, driven, and analytical person who will partner with cross-functional teams to drive customer acquisition. This position will report to the Sr. Acquisition Manager - Search.
