Position Overview
We are looking for a talented Digital Marketing Specialist to take the lead with our email marketing strategies. Main duties include running email marketing campaigns end-to-end, managing contact list databases, and creating newsletters. Position is responsible for reaching out to leads and customers through email campaigns and inform them about new products, solutions, events, and company capabilities.
Responsibilities Include
Develop, execute, and manage marketing campaigns across multiple brands, business units, market segments, and regions
Ensure that our middle-of-funnel channels (email campaigns) are driving traffic to and converting on landing pages
Manage multiple market segment and customer account lists, targeting specific and unique messaging to each
Nurturing leads through the sales funnel
Onboarding new customers through a series of communications
Identify target audience and grow our email list
Design and implement direct email marketing campaigns
Manage conversion campaigns to drive engagement and continued interest in the company's solutions and capabilities
Design and manage various multi-channel marketing campaigns. Working with teams, you oversee the execution of campaigns to promote engagement and inform contacts of the company's solutions, capabilities, and event registration
Develop lead nurturing campaigns to drive continued lead engagement
Implement onboarding communication campaigns for new customers
Proofread emails for clarity, grammar, and spelling
Design mobile-friendly and ADA-compliant email templates
Write newsletters including all company updates
Align with company marketing initiatives to develop unique communications promoting products, solutions, and cross-sell opportunities
Create multiple email templates supporting regional branding, graphics, personalization, and advanced features
Ensure prompt and accurate communication with clients via email to minimize unsubscribes
Create and maintain email databases for lead generation
Analyze campaign performance and strive for continuous improvements
Track landing page conversions and manage lead assignments in CRM
Report on email marketing KPIs
Ensure emails follow industry policies and best practices
The ideal candidate will have
Proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist
Hands-on experience with HTML and content management systems
Proficiency in marketing automation technology
Knowledge of SEO/SEM and Google Analytics
Familiarity with Sales CRM and database tools
Excellent written communication and copywriting skills
Strong project management skills
Ability to work under tight deadlines
Experience with HubSpot and Salesforce is a plus
