The Marketing team at LC is in the midst of an exciting period of growth, and we're looking for talented marketers to build upon our impact from strategy through execution. In this role, you'll research, guide, and optimize marketing planning and execution of paid media and marketing support initiatives.
Make an impact through these primary responsibilities:
Develops sound strategic plans and translates them into meaningful, actionable operating plans for the portfolio of brands.
Serves as the lead for the planning, execution, and reporting of all digital marketing and traditional marketing efforts and the related day-to-day account activities.
Creates and delivers all elements of paid digital and social media campaigns, collaborates with team members to execute and optimize efforts.
Identifies ways to measure success against the campaign goals and achievable desired outcomes.
Implements and monitors campaigns through ad serving, pacing, optimizing, and reporting.
Tests and implements frequent campaign optimizations: A/B test and learn, budget management, bid optimization, ad copy analysis and optimization, develop device specific strategies, ensure qualified traffic, etc.
Recommends creative digital marketing solutions and sets-up new tactics and campaigns.
Oversees and participates in day-to-day management and optimization of paid social, paid search media campaigns, content marketing collaborations and online listings to meet or exceed stated goals.
Leverage the following experience in pursuit of our collective goals:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related discipline.
One (1) to three (3) years of experience in digital marketing, ideally in an agency environment or in-house digital marketing team.
Proficiency and/or proven certifications with digital and analytical tools (Google AdWords, Google Analytics. Ad Serving, and Excel).
Recent experience working in digital marketing including Social, SEO, SEM, and Retargeting campaigns, with an emphasis on paid social and search experience.
