The Digital Marketing Specialist will be a key member of the Marketing and Communications team. The Marketing and Communications team has helped Iora to double in size year over year, for multiple years in a row, by developing insight-driven marketing campaigns on- and off-line to drive growth and engagement.
This role is for a self-starter who will enjoy rolling up his/her sleeves to contribute to a quick-moving, fun-loving team. You demonstrate attention to detail, enjoy optimizing wherever possible, and confidently bring your full self to work. You're a quick study and a problem solver.
Reporting to the Manager of Digital Marketing, this role will support both B2C and B2B digital marketing efforts.
Specific Responsibilities & Expectations:
Manage multiple websites, including content updates and edits, creation of new landing pages and vanity URLs, and QA activities
Own digital marketing campaign tracking and online directory content
Execute ad hoc analyses and reporting for digital marketing campaigns
Manage social media responses (as part of a cross-trained team of social media responders)
Create and optimize email templates for internal stakeholders
Track and create reporting for email marketing campaigns
Create/manage marketing systems and processes for scale
Manage marketing admin tasks within SalesForce
2-4 years of digital marketing experience required
Experience using email marketing software is required
Prior experience with a web analytics tool preferred
Proficient in Excel
Logical approach to problem-solving
Experience performing quantitative analyses
Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
Attention to detail and adherence to deadlines
Excellent writing and communication skills
Team player who is driven by our mission to restore humanity to healthcare
Spanish speaker is a plus
