Purpose of the Job:

The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for collaboration between EIS Marketing and the various digital marketing programs of our business units. This role will ensure operations are efficient, effective, and driving desired results. They will execute and analyze digital marketing tasks. This position will frequently work with stakeholders within the marketing department, in other departments including ecommerce, product management, and agencies.

Essential Functions:

  • Onboard products to our website from various suppliers

  • Collect quantitative and qualitative data from marketing campaigns/surveys/analytics

  • Perform market analysis and research on competition

  • Create email campaigns for marketing directives

  • Support the marketing team in daily administrative tasks

  • Assist in marketing and advertising promotional activities

  • (e.g. social media, email and web)

  • Prepare promotional presentations

  • Assist in content marketing creation - articles

  • Help organize marketing events

Qualifications to Meet

Minimum Requirements:
  • Detail oriented

  • Strong desire to learn along with professional drive

  • Solid understanding of different marketing techniques

  • Data driven with spreadsheet experience

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (proficiency with Excel is a plus)

  • Familiarity with Adobe Programs (Analytics, Campaign Manager, Photoshop,)

  • Familiarity with marketing computer software and online applications (i.e. email marketing tools, online analytics, ERP systems)

  • Passion for the marketing industry and its best practices

  • Preferred experience with: SAP, Oracle, Hybris

  • 2-3 years of experience

POSITION SUMMARY The Digital Marketing Coordinator supports the Digital Strategy Team with various digital marketing responsibilities and tasks related to planning, development and execution. The candidate will be engaged in initiatives across different functional areas such as chat, website production, content and experience strategy, search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM/SMM), mobile strategy, and emerging channels. The role will learn skills related to each functional area of the team and help meet business objectives for brand awareness, acquisition, conversion, and revenue. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Chatbot Management: 25% Digital Production: 15% SEO/SEM: 15% Digital Experience Optimization & Analytics: 15% Assisting with all Major Workstreams: 15% RESPONSIBILITIES * Manage chatbot across digital properties, review analytics, optimize conversational flows, set up new chat flows in collaboration with key stakeholders * Assist with updating and maintaining key digital properties on Adobe Experience Manager * Make SEO updates to new and existing content, including doing research, creating title tags, and meta descriptions * Conduct SEM research and assist with ad creation, participate in reporting calls * Assist with UX research as needed, experience optimization, general UX analytics and mockup creation * Create and share analytics reports from Adobe Analytics and Tibco Spotfire in collaboration with other teams * Help drive strategic improvements to corporate web properties to support the company's business objectives (e.g. revenue, qualified leads, brand presence, awareness) * Assist with all major workstreams and initiatives, including working with spreadsheets, doing UAT testing, organizing meeting and workshops, helping with contract management, and managing team communications MINIMUM JOB Qualifications Education / Training: * Bachelor's Degree Required Business Experience: * General familiarity with digital marketing functional areas from internship or university projects Specialized Knowledge / Skills: * Skilled in project management, proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment * Strong communication and presentation skills, both over the phone and in person * High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint * Self-motivated with strong personal accountability and time management * Team player, open to feedback and continuous improvement Working Conditions: * Environment – Office environment, minimal travel required Join our team today where we are creating a better coordinated, increasingly collaborative, and more efficient healthcare system!
