About the Position

Employee Navigator is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join us at our headquarters in Bethesda, Maryland. The ideal candidate has a passion for all things marketing and should be well-versed in digital marketing concepts and tools. In this role you will wear many hats, from providing creative ideas for content marketing and website updates to managing new partner launches and helping craft the overall marketing strategy for the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Marketing Technology Maintenance: manage campaigns, audience lists, email analytics and campaigns in Marketo and MailChimp.

  • Develop tactical plans and content in support of overarching strategy and positioning, which may include web page content, digital advertising, social media, email communications, thought leadership and event materials.

  • Develop content for all marketing initiatives, including blog posts, social media content, and email campaigns, to support overall marketing objectives.

  • Update and maintain brand assets and marketing materials.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, communications, related field or have sufficient relevant industry experience.

  • Ability to complete high-quality projects quickly and on time.

  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a passion for staying ahead of industry trends and experimenting with new ideas and strategies.

  • Experience working in a collaborative environment.

  • Healthcare organizational experience a plus.

  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Ads.

  • Exceptional attention to detail.

  • Some experience or familiarity with a range of digital marketing analytics platforms such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Advertising.

  • Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Some experience of html and wysiwyg editors.

  • Experience with Gainsight a plus.
