DIGITAL MARKETING SPECIALIST

Role and Responsibilities

POSITION & REQUIREMENTS SUMMARY:

We are looking for an exceptional digital marketing professional dedicated to high performance, personal excellence and a strong work ethic, who shares our passion for transforming medical education and patient safety.

The primary purpose of this position is to develop, implement and manage digital marketing initiatives such as PPC, paid display ads, SEO, email marketing, website optimization, administration and maintenance, Pardot and CRM support. The position is based in the CAE offices in Sarasota, Florida and will report to the Manager of Global Marketing and Communications.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

Digital Campaigns

  • Plan and execute PPC, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, and display advertising campaigns.

  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).

Website

  • Measure and report performance of all CAE Healthcare websites through analytics tools and CMS.

  • Identify trends and insights, working with Digital Marketing Specialist to execute content and user experience improvements.

  • Collaborate with content marketing and blog contributors to create high-quality content around important, relevant terms.

  • Web content maintenance and administration

  • Collaborate with internal teams, coordinating timelines, content and deliverables to create landing pages, implement website updates and optimize user experience.
  • Manage backlinks, coordinating with external sites to optimize back link strategy.

SEO (Search engine optimization)

  • Improve organic search engine performance and goal-setting based on clickthrough rates, traffic, and conversions.

  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests

  • Manage and create formats for dashboards, reports, forms, templates, layouts and provide business insights from dashboard metrics, continuously monitoring data quality and integrity.

Pardot and Salesforce

  • Perform all Pardot administration functions such as security user management, profiles, roles, permissions, workflows and assignment rules.

  • Responsible for correcting any data issues within the Pardot system and keeping the application up to date, including system upgrades.

  • Drive end-user adoption of Pardot through documentation, support and train of new and current employees.

  • Maintain a storehouse of relevant, up-to-date content assets to keep leads engaged.

  • Collaborate with Salesforce Administrator to perform data de-duping and clean up procedures, including data migrations and mass data uploads.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor degree in related field or equivalent experience.

  • 2 years' experience minimum working in digital marketing.

  • Proficient in managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, and/or display advertising campaigns.

  • 2 years' experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.

  • 2 years' experience with data-driven SEO analysis and optimization.

  • 2 years' experience with split testing and multivariate experiments.

  • Proficient with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends).

  • Proficient in working in website content management systems.

  • Proficient in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns.

  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.

  • Strong communication experience and problem-solving skills with demonstrated success in effectively driving results.

PREFERRED:

  • Working knowledge of CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints

  • Expert knowledge of CAN-SPAM and opt- in and opt-out practices.

  • Proficient in Salesforce, Pardot administration

GENERAL:

  • Complies with and enforces all applicable safety rules, regulations and procedures both at CAE Healthcare.

  • Perform all duties in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

  • Maintain security of all proprietary information.
