About Your Business Area/Department:

The Digital Media Team at Amadeus is a dedicated team of experts providing end-to-end campaign management. Our goal is to drive qualified traffic and direct bookings leveraging cross-channel advertising across paid search, display, and social media.

Summary of the role:

The Digital Advertising Operations Team Leader is responsible for the setup, creation, launch and behind-the-scenes servicing of media campaigns for our Paid Search, Display Remarketing, Meta and Social channels for our clients. The Advertising Operations Team Leader owns the setup and campaign builds within the major search engines for paid search, the various ad exchanges and third-party ad networks for display advertising enforcing documented process to ensure a smooth and expedited campaign start.  They will be responsible for the on-time launch of accounts, performing campaign status checks, troubleshooting and other fulfillment activities for the company's entire book of accounts.

In this role you'll:

In this role you will be our platform expert in all things related to trafficking media, including the generation of tracking tags, QA implemented tracking tags for all digital channels (display, meta, social, paid search advertising, etc).  The Advertising Operations Team Leader will perform pre-launch reviews, troubleshoot campaigns, and work closely with our platform providers as well as internal teams for technical support and troubleshooting on campaigns.

About the ideal candidate:

• High School Diploma/GED required.

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Hospitality or related field preferred.

• Deep Knowledge of the digital industry and good understanding of digital KPIs.

• At least 1 year as a senior member of the team or team leader.

• Hands on experience of Digital Media Platforms (including Google marketing platforms, Google Ads and Meta).

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

• Strong Knowledge of Digital Advertising industry

• Hospitality industry a plus.

• Fluent English, other languages are a plus.

• Knowledge and experience working with ad tags, basic HTML and rich media.
