Idyllic Enterprises is looking for a high-performing Manager of Sales & Marketing with extensive hands-on experience in Digital Marketing including Google Analytics & AdWords, Social Media Marketing, and Digital Campaigning. The successful candidate will meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. Responsibilities include developing key marketing strategies, tactics and action plans. Successful execution of these strategies is required to achieve your financial targets. You will be the one to ensure that our sales and marketing teams are well-coordinated and productive by managing its procedures and coaching its people. The area of responsibility for this role is wide and thus requires thorough knowledge of sales and marketing as a whole. He/She must be an excellent leader who can discover the most efficient ways to run these two departments. You will be a part of the management team and a direct report to the CEO and your work will be a critical factor in our overall performance.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate overall performance by gathering, analyzing and interpreting data and metrics, submitting performance reports weekly or monthly as needed
  • Ensure that the company runs with legality and conformity to established regulation
  • Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to create awareness of the companys business activities
  • Supervise the sales and marketing departments and provide guidance and feedback to other professionals
  • Plan and execute campaigns for corporate promotion, launching of new product lines etc.
  • Responsible for producing valuable content for the companys online presence, editorial design and organizing the companys publications
  • Conduct general market research to keep abreast of trends and competitors marketing movements
  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
  • Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales & marketing personnel
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
  • Advise in structuring and the ongoing company presence on social media (Twitter, Facebook etc.) and monitor performance
  • Launch optimized online adverts through Google Adwords, Facebook etc. to increase company and brand awareness
  • Prepare online newsletters and promotional emails and organize their distribution through various channels
  • Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update website
  • Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, WebTrends etc.)
  • Acquire insight in online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date
Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
  • Design, build and maintain our social media presence
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
  • Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
  • Set digital marketing strategies using all necessary tools (e.g. website, emails, social media and blogs)
  • Research products, services and current strategies to identify new opportunities
  • Establish best practices in digital marketing
  • Identify, monitor and analyze performance metrics- KPI's (Key Performance Indicators) and suggest improvements
  • Assist in the development and implementation effective national and international sales & marketing strategies

Requirements

  • Full-Time, On-Site Availability in the Scott City, MO Location
  • Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability in decision-making and problem-solving
  • Up to speed with current and online marketing techniques and best practices
  • Thorough knowledge of web analytics (e.g. Google Analytics, WebTrends etc.) and Google Adwords
  • Professional chartered marketer (CIM) is a plus
  • BSc/BA in business administration, marketing and communications or relevant field OR extensive experience
  • Previous experience as a sales or marketing manager
  • Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
  • Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas)
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
