As the Marketing Program Manager/Senior Specialist, you will be part of a team driving the common cross-enterprise standards in how we deploy strategy into actionable marketing activities by developing and maintaining a continuously improving 'playbook' of marketing processes, organizational structures, tools and metrics that drive accelerated growth and measurable customer adoption.
Working with leaders you will champion the enablement of:
Go-To-Market models, marketing strategies and tactics necessary to sell complex solution roadmaps and demonstrate tangible proof of value to the decision maker
Create and execute a rigorous management operating system (MOS) that integrates and coordinates with routine engagement with each business
Develop practical marketing metrics and utilize interactive analytics dashboards to generate actionable insights and coaching methods that Business and Marketing Leaders can use to achieve and exceed goals versus the annual targets
Drive the Marketing Operations best practices, training and coaching on how to translate strategies into actionable marketing campaigns and sales activities ensure common alignment across all the business units and develop a marketing operations maturity scorecard process
Drive the common standards in cross functional work flow, metrics and Return on Marketing Invested (ROMI) for end-to-end campaign management
Drive the routine self-assessment of the marketing maturity of the business and marketing competencies; identify common needs and prioritize the next step improvements by highest economic impact
Create and operate the playbook to train, validate and maintain the internal staff and external partners' capabilities to operate on the enterprise digital content management system architecture; develop and track adoption practices and metrics to optimize the (Joule) technology investment and end-to-end marketing process
Generate a proactive communication and education strategy to the global marketing community regarding benchmarking, best practices, news on tools, training and productivity enhancements
The measures of success will include driving significant year-on-year improvements on lead generation, brand equity and campaign effectiveness while maintaining a robust and integrated functional excellence in marketing across the enterprise.
This key position in our organization collaborates regularly with global, cross-functional teams including SBG Marketing, Information Technology, Finance, and HR/Learning to deliver comprehensive and profitable organic growth for Honeywell. This critical marketing operations role reports to Honeywell's Director of Marketing Operations.

Certified PMP (Project Management Professional)

Proficient with leveraging analytics to define key metrics and assess performance; able to confidently provide insights and recommendations for improvement and innovative, robust and data driven solutions
Strong project management skillset; process driven mindset and capable of prioritizing and managing multiple tasks
High work ethic and passion for Marketing as a discipline, open to global travel and working with remote time zones for effective collaboration
Take intelligent risks to drive momentum and tackles ambiguity to convert to clear operating frameworks
Flexible, self-motivated, with demonstrably strong leadership and team building skills and able to travel extensively as needed given the shifting business dynamic
