Internship Project:

This intern would be working with a cross-functional IT, Marketing, and Communications team to design and study digital member engagement programs. We will test varying UX designs, promotional efforts, and more to improve how we deliver health care using emerging technology

  • Proven ability to build effective working relationships as well as strong interpersonal skills

  • Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

What you will do: As a critical part of the brand marketing team, the Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for being the Tillamook expert on the digital marketing landscape and establishing our strategic vision for how digital can help grow the business in the future. The right person for this job will be equal parts analytical, strategic, creative, and curious. The highest marketing priorities for this position are: leveraging digital to lead our marketing campaigns, building long-term brand trust with our consumers.. The role will also create and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement, testing, and adaptability in the context of the ever-changing digital and overall marketing landscape. The Digital Marketing Manager will be a well-balanced leader, adept at driving results through collaboration, as this position will work closely with the larger marketing team to lead, execute, and integrate digital marketing campaigns and strategies as well as collaborating with various dairy category managers, sales, R&D, finance, and external agency teams to achieve high-level business results. This role will also manage the day-to-day activities of the digital team as they develop digital marketing programs from soup to nuts, push notifications to subject lines to rich media ads to dark posts. At the end of the day, the Digital Marketing Manager ensures all of our marketing efforts are infused with thoughtful, impactful digital activations that are aligned with the brand, achieve creative excellence, and are providing exceptional experiences to engage and grow Tillamook consumers Management responsibilities include selecting top talent and onboarding/training new employees; following, and ensuring that all employees follow, all personnel rules, policies and/or collective bargaining agreements; holding employees accountable for performing their daily duties and demonstrating appropriate workplace behaviors; providing continuous feedback, coaching, and timely effective discipline when necessary; evaluating, monitoring and providing regular feedback on employees' performance; tracking employees' attendance and verifying accuracy of daily timekeeping records; holding effective, regular, team meetings; demonstrating financial responsibility by protecting the employers' financial interests; and serving as role model by demonstrating professionalism, honesty, integrity, ethical behavior and living our company values. Ensure each person voluntarily reaching out to us receives a warm welcome into our brand ecosystem. * Foster a culture of continuous improvement by developing and implementing a framework for interactive testing. Then measure and analyze marketing channels to uncover actionable trends, insights, and forecasts. Constantly think creatively about the data to identify new opportunities and areas for improvement. Share results and learnings across internal teams to fully optimize consumer engagement. * Identify, test, pilot, and scale emerging digital innovations.
