Position summary

The purpose of the Digital Marketing Manager role will be to develop, implement, measure the success of and continually improve digital marketing strategies while optimizing each stage of the customer journey. This role will work with key contributors across the global marketing team to ensure brand consistency, relevancy and engagement, and drive demand for our solutions and services in the Americas.

Digital Strategy & Execution

Drive the execution of our go-to-market and grow-in-market efforts by developing robust digital marketing strategies and implementing effective multi-channel tactics to generate leads and convert prospects

Effectively deploy digital marketing tactics to reach our target audience in the right place at the right time, via a range of channels including web, SEO/SEM, PPC, retargeting, paid social, affiliate and other key channels

Co-manage our MarTech stack and stay abreast of new technologies and updates to existing technologies which may impact our marketing programs

Support the organization's brand awareness, engagement and retention strategies by creating and maintaining a consistent online experience across all channels for leads, prospects and customers

Propose and implement A/B testing where and when appropriate to ensure we remain competitive

Build relationships with key strategic partners, suppliers and industry experts to maximize campaign success

Website & SEO

Develop and implement an effective SEO strategy to raise brand awareness, improve page rankings, and lift on-site engagement metrics such as unique visits and time on site

Provide data and insights to content creators and make strategic recommendations on keywords, content types and platforms to support the effective delivery of lead generating content

Deliver ongoing and timely support for website updates, such as posting new content, and provide support for website upgrades as required

Create, test and optimize best practice landing pages and forms to maximize lead conversion opportunities

Maintain a consistent and timely lead hand-off and lead assignment process

Cultivate strong partnerships with relevant business leaders across the organization

Marketing Automation

Develop and implement a best-in-class email marketing strategy, in compliance with GDPR

Identify new and creative ways to deploy email marketing campaigns and trigger-based nurture streams by integrating innovative design, interactive elements, video, or back-to-basics text

Data & Insights

Continually source and analyze data, provide actionable insights to the global marketing team, and revise campaign tactics to optimize the lead-to-prospect-to-customer conversion rate and increase funnel efficiencies

Ensure all digital programs align to KPI and ROI expectations with a view to building a predictive lead generation model

Continually monitor and report on competitor activity which may impact our global marketing strategies

Create appropriate dashboards to share across the global marketing team and report on as required

Complete other duties as assigned.


Job qualifications

BA/BS required

Minimum four years' digital marketing experience, with minimum two years B2B experience

Demonstrated experience developing and implementing multi-channel digital marketing strategies and tactics including SEO/SEM, email, PPC, social media, retargeting, etc

Experience building and/or maintaining a website

Salesforce and Marketing Automation experience preferred (we use HubSpot)

Exceptional deadline-driven, detail-focused project management skills and ability to work independently

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Good understanding of brand management and positioning techniques

A never-ending desire to try new and interesting strategies and tactics to improve processes and results

This role requires a high degree of analytic and quantitative orientation, as well as a strong ability to collaborate and partner across a complex organization. The ideal candidate will have experience in Paid, Owned, and Earned marketing and be able to demonstrate delivering the right content at the right time to consumers. He or she will have deep understanding of performance-based marketing through paid search and affiliate marketing, the programmatic buying landscape, and key digital technologies. This role will collaborate with business and marketing leaders, agency partners, IT, and analytics to provide digital acquisition marketing expertise and ensure that campaigns are executed flawlessly.
