General Summary:

Ideal candidates for this role should be performance and ideas-driven, multimedia savvy, well-organized, a strong collaborator, adaptive, and must be an excellent writer and communicator. Ultimately, the exceptional Digital Marketing Manager should have a firm grasp of the different digital media touchpoints (particularly in Social & Display), drive highly effective digital campaigns, enhance the user experience, and deliver on marketing & digital KPIs. The Digital Marketing Manager supports the VP U.S. Marketing and VP Performance Marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee programmatic Display and Paid Social channels to drive brand consideration and new member acquisition.

  • Lead the strategic development of Digital media plans to fulfill brand objectives.

  • Spearhead with other internal stakeholders the audience and data strategy to drive efficient performance.

  • Own end-to-end digital campaign launches through clear cross-functional communication and management of timeline and budget.

  • Lead optimization process from start to finish, managing to KPIs and adjusting as necessary.

  • Manage relationships with creative/media agency partners and serve as the lead to produce thumb-stopping, effective channel-first digital creative, from the creation of the brief, to creative reviews, to approval, and QAing before launch.

  • Responsible for the Digital budget and corresponding pacing, ensuring all partners are delivering, and making adjustments as needed.

  • Collaborate on the integrated Digital learning agenda with internal stakeholders and agency partners.

  • Work with WW engineering to implement vendor pixels/tagging as necessary.

  • Work with media agency/partners as necessary to build custom creative assets.

  • Manage a Digital Marketing Coordinator ensuring their success and growth at WW.

Experience Required:

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • 5 years of Digital marketing experience

  • Proficient in computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and G-Suite tools

  • Extremely strategic and creative with a passion for the WW purpose

  • Exceptional attention to detail

  • Hungry to provide value, learn and overdeliver

  • Solution-oriented with the ability to anticipate needs for the team and organization

  • A fantastic project manager who stays organized maintains a strong sense of ownership and accountability, and executes numerous projects simultaneously, keeping pace in a quickly moving department

  • Excellent communication skills; organizational and analytical skills; self-starter; shows initiative

  • Strong work ethic with a dedication to excellence

  • Team player, willing to jump in and out of multiple assignments as needed

  • Ability to interact with all levels of personnel, internal and external

For more information about TripleLift, please visit triplelift.com Responsibilities: * Marketing Automation - Own and oversee the use of a Marketing Automation platform for partner and prospect email communication, lead generation and nurture programs; * Design and implement end-to-end programs taking leads, prospects and partners through automated nurture paths leading to business transactions; * List and database management – Build process to ensure the integrity of CRM data, manage list acquisition and distribution of new leads; * Manage the ordering and production of printed materials including collateral and promotional items; * Reporting and Optimization – provide ongoing reporting on campaign performance, website analytics and lead generation initiatives; * Oversee website updates with internal web developer or contractor to improve tracking and conversion; * Work with internal teams to set-up salesforce campaigns and dashboards that enable monthly reporting and ROI tracking; * Manage TripleLift social accounts and communication; * Manage paid campaigns for search and social.
