Join us, and BUILD YOUR WORLD. A Brief Summary of This Position: The Digital Marketing Manager position is responsible for the development, implementation and execution of the Valmont Irrigation digital marketing strategy.

The incumbent will establish and execute a digital marketing roadmap and strategy that advances the organization's capabilities with the goal of increasing reach, interaction, conversion and engagement in the digital world. This includes but is not limited to websites, SEO, emails, blogs, paid digital campaigns and social media channels. They will be responsible for reporting on key metrics, analyzing and interpreting trends and providing actionable insights based on available analytics data.

The incumbent actively leads brainstorming sessions and creative development efforts to drive strong digital solutions. They will work not only with the Global Marketing Team, but also collaborate with other departments and divisions. Team player, leadership, superior communication skills, organization and ability to work in a fast-paced environment is required.

The ideal candidate will thoroughly understand the digital space. Essential Functions: Establish and develop a multi-channel digital marketing roadmap Manage external development, agency and media partners Adjust digital marketing strategies based on KPI's and qualitative data to optimize performance Oversee development and execution of integrated digital marketing campaigns Work closely with product managers and leaders to help drive success in meeting business goals Lead digital marketing technology growth and adoption strategy Manage websites, SEO, emails, blogs, paid digital campaigns and social media channels Involvement in projects requiring a web-based user interface, including, but not limited to web-based products, landing pages, apps and portal programs Lead digital marketing innovation by identifying digital communication opportunities and platforms we should participate in Act as a consultant to the global dealer network to train them on digital marketing This role will require up to 15% domestic travel, including overnight stays This position reports to the Director of Global Marketing and does not have any direct or indirect reports Other Important Details about the Role:

The ideal candidate will be a team player with superior communication and strong leadership skills Ability to consistently work in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate a thorough understanding of the digital space Required Qualifications of Every Candidate (Education, Experience, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities): Bachelor's with 5+ years digital marketing experience or Associates Degree with 7+ years relevant experience or 9+ years of relevant experience Advanced experience in the digital consumer path to purchase, including best practices that drive reach, interaction, conversion, and engagement. Extensive knowledge of digital marketing tools and technology including marketing automation, CRM, predictive analytics, personalization and segmentation. Strong knowledge of Hubspot, or similar, inbound marketing platform Experience working with project tracking and collaborative tools (i.e.

Confluence, JIRA, SharePoint) Compile data/results across multiple digital platforms and create quarterly reports, including analysis for insights, optimizations and future strategy development Strong influencing skills and capability to effectively articulate, present and explain recommendations Strong cross-functional team leadership and effective communication skills to engage stakeholders and influence outcomes Skills in complex problem solving, judgment, critical thinking and decision-making Effectively and persuasively present sometimes complex information in a simple, easily understandable way Work with little direction by knowing the team's goals and performing self-directed research Thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and work on multiple tasks with a variety of departments, divisions and team members Flexible - can conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines Ability to organize information, prioritize and accurately follow procedures Driven, personable, organized, fast learner and self-starter Positive attitude and work ethic - ability to multitask and problem solve, resourceful, and highly efficient under timelines Strong project management skills Highly Qualified Candidates Will Also Possess These Qualifications Preferred Bachelors or post-graduate degree Knowledge of Sitefinity, or similar, content management system Experience with Salesforce, a plus. Foreign language / knowledge of international marketing, a plus. Experience with lead generation as part of a marketing strategy Working Environment and Physical Efforts:

Work is typically performed in an office setting; however, incumbent may be required to go into the production or shipping/receiving areas. The incumbent is regularly required to sit for extended periods of time, as well as talk and listen on the phone and attend meetings. Environment is fast-paced and demanding most of the time.

Occasional travel may be required within the U.S. and abroad. 90% of the tasks are sedentary with 10% moving boxes of brochures, promotional material or tradeshow items. The employee frequently is required to use hands and fingers to handle, feel and type. Reaching hands and arms above shoulder height while working in the office may be required.

The employee is occasionally required to stand and walk when moving about the office. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 30 pounds in working with large files, binders, and boxes of paper. A dolly is available for transportation of heavier items.

A Brief Summary of This Position: The Digital Design & Training Intern will work directly with our Global Learning team, creating various types of learning resources for Valmont customers, dealers, agents and employees. The Intern will partner with subject matter experts to analyze learning needs and develop effective training materials that drive key business objectives. The incumbent will discover how a Learning Management System (LMS) is used to drive employee development in a corporate setting. In addition, they will gain experience in general LMS administration, including online course publishing, end-user technical support and basic reporting. Valmont's internship program mission is to provide a hands-on learning experience through project work, leadership development, job shadowing and interaction with senior leadership.
