CribMaster is a software company within Stanley Black & Decker that manages Tool Cribs in manufacturing facilities. Using both software and machinery, CribMaster manages the relationship between distributors of consumable products and the tool crib in the manufacturing industry.
CribMaster now wants to branch out into new markets that are adjacent to our existing market and that can use the CribMaster processes and structure to grow new commercial application rapidly.
The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for the execution of the digital marketing and merchandising strategies to support the global CribMaster business. In this role, you will apply your understanding of the online marketplace to create digital marketing solutions -- from strategy to development, launch, measurement and optimization -- that drives brand and product awareness, app downloads and engagement, increases purchase intent through lead generation and drives loyalty.
Essential Job Functions
Implement overall digital marketing strategies for the CribMaster business.
Instil strong leadership and build a culture of digital creativity and customer-focus in the marketing department and beyond, including education of cross-functional team members and business leadership on new digital technologies and strategies.
Work closely with mobile app and development teams to create consistent experiences and leverage data captured to increase sales.
Partner closely with the Product Marketing, Brand/Communications and Product teams to develop and execute leading digital strategies.
Identify and develop new opportunities to drive traffic, increase reach, acquire new customers, and increase sales.
Establish and maintain a consistent brand image throughout all digital marketing initiatives across web, mobile, email, and social owned properties.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to create, update, and maintain various digital properties such as websites, landing pages, and microsites. Additionally, collaborate with internal digital marketing team members and external agencies to develop and manage digital marketing campaigns including email, CPC/CPA programs, paid search, SEO, display, mobile and social.
Manage large scale web projects from initiation to execution, including gathering stakeholder requirements and feedback and ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
Work cross-functionally to develop a consistent online customer experience and identify opportunities to increase conversion and cultivate improved relationships with our audiences.
Track performance of digital marketing campaigns and KPIs. Evaluate market research, test results, and competitive intelligence to adjust digital marketing strategies to meet changing market and competitive conditions. Provide campaign reporting that includes actionable insights and optimization plans to business leaders.
Implement and perfect a Salesforce lead routing process
Nurture leads through digital marketing tactics like Pardot email campaigns
Proactively develop external partnerships and support contract negotiations with external partners and/or vendors to maximize efficiency and effectiveness of the digital marketing investments.
Essential Skills & Experience
Bachelor's degree required
5+ years' experience in digital marketing. Previous account management within a digital agency is a plus.
Experience developing and executing highly targeted B2B digital marketing strategies.
Strong project management/organizational skills required.
Strong familiarity with executing B2B best practices in all digital functions including: web development, acquisition marketing (email, banner ads, online video, paid search and SEO, etc), and web analytics.
Working knowledge of enterprise content management systems, SiteCore is a plus.
Exceptional communication skillsverbal, written, and interpersonal. Excellent interpersonal interactions with staff, colleagues, cross-functional teams, and third parties.
Independent, creative self-starter with ability to multi-task in a highly energetic, fast-paced environment.
Experience with and proven track record of leveraging metrics to guide campaign efficiency.
Hands on understanding of web front-end languages (HTML 5, CSS), standards, and best practices.
