The Inbound Marketing Manager is responsible for increasing brand awareness, promote ReturnLogic technology, increase prospect traffic and drive prospects to conversions.

We are seeking a B2B Digital Marketing Manager with more than 3 years of experience and passion for marketing to accelerate lead generation, content, automation and marketing-focused revenue generation programs. In this role, you will work to create scalable processes that ensure best practices in lead generation and database management.

  • Manage various email campaigns, including the template designs, calls-to-action.
  • Segment lists based on behaviors like past email engagement and website interactions (content downloads, site page visits, etc).
  • Measure results and optimize the lead nurturing workflows for these segments to convert leads into customers.
  • Work to minimize list decay and unsubscribes while increasing the productivity of our email sends. Develop and optimize A/B tests.
  • Manage technical aspects of key marketing systems used to generate, distribute and report on leads.
  • Establish and maintain scalable processes that ensure best practices in campaign and lead management.
  • Create and maintain metrics reports on marketing and sales activities, effectiveness and business impact.
  • Analyze marketing and sales data to develop insights and make recommendations on areas for optimization.
  • Monitor and maintain data quality within the marketing database.
  • Evaluate new technologies and add-on applications to improve and optimize marketing team performance.


  • Develop a website traffic plan with goals and benchmarks.
  • Generate monthly reports on marketing campaign performance.
  • Optimize website and social media channels for SEO as well as usability.


  • Build and manage the company's social media profiles and presence.
  • Create shareable content appropriate for specific networks to spread our brand and our content.


  • Manage and build various email lists and campaigns, including the design of templates, calls-to-action and content.
  • Segment lists based on behaviors like past email engagement and website interactions (content downloads, site page visits, etc).


  • CRM (Hubspot) experience required.
  • SEO knowledge.
  • PayPer click and Google Adwords knowledge.
  • Photoshop experience.
  • Proficient in Google Docs and Microsoft Office.

Experience / Requirements * Three (3) years' of experience in data analytics required. * Three (3) years' of experience in Google Analytics required. * Three (3) years' of experience in Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint and Word required. * Three (3) years' of experience in Google Data Studio, Tableau, 1010Data preferred. * Minimal experience in product feed management preferred. Education * Bachelor's Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) in Marketing, Economics or Math preferred.
