Digital Marketing Manager
This position will support the digital marketing efforts of the Marketing Department for over 30+ Marquette properties and Company websites. This position will devise digital marketing strategies that drive on line traffic, include creative design, social media, paid search and email marketing.
Track conversion ratios and make improvements to the websites, paid search, SEO, PPC, Reputation Management, Email Drip Campaigns and other digital initiates.
Planning and managing campaigns that promote the Marquette brand as well as the individual advantages and strengths of each property. This person will be in charge of each property campaign, analyzing metrics and identifying trends.
Overseeing the social media strategy for all properties and company social accounts.
Manage online brand and campaigns to raise brand awareness.
Managing the design, changes and or redesign for new or existing property websites as well as the company websites.
Participate in responsibility for planning and budgetary control of digital marketing.
Evaluate customer research, market conditions and competitor data.
Review new technologies and assist in keeping the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing.
Oversee the marketing ambassador program which provides training and support to leasing professionals.
Work with third party agencies and organizations to complete digital and print deliverables on-time and within budget.
A Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field required. Experience using RentCafe or other CRM Program, WordPress, or another content management system. Familiarity with digital advertising KPIs. Experience using Adobe InDesign preferred but not required. Also, prefer experience in Yardi or related property management software but not required.
