The Role: We’re seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to lead our ACA campaign efforts. This role is perfect for a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in digital marketing, capable of managing a talented team and driving successful campaigns across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities: Lead the Team: Manage and inspire a team of video producers, media buyers, and editors to deliver high-performing campaigns.

Campaign Strategy: Develop and execute innovative ACA campaigns on Facebook, YouTube, and Google Ads that drive conversions and growth. Collaboration: Work closely with our call center manager and senior leadership to align marketing strategies with business objectives.

Communicate with the Call Center Sales Director to ensure marketing efforts effectively cater to the needs of our call center operations. Client Management: Engage with ACA buyers, handling both in-house and overflow traffic to maintain strong client relationships.

Trend Analysis: Stay ahead of digital marketing trends and implement best practices to keep our campaigns effective and cutting-edge. What You Bring:

Experience:

Proven expertise in Facebook Ads, YouTube Ads, and Google Ads with a track record of successful ACA or affiliate marketing campaigns. Leadership: Strong management skills with the ability to lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team.
