The Role + Purpose:
The Digital Marketing Manager is a highly motivated problem solver who develops and executes paid media campaigns across Paid Social, Paid Search, Display and Affiliate. This role will be tasked with managing the performance marketing strategy to drive efficiency and effectiveness. The ideal candidate is curious, highly organized and a clear communicator.
Manage and optimize paid media channels across Paid Search, Paid Social, Programmatic and Affiliate in partnership with external agencies
Execute paid media strategy, manage day-to-day activation of performance media campaigns and oversee the digital marketing calendar
Oversee marketing channel forecast to align KPIs with financial goals; own bottom up channel forecast to identify trends and assist in budget planning
Leads monthly media planning process in collaboration with external agency partners
Oversee creative briefs for all paid media asset requests; ensure that all assets are launched on time
Drive execution of tests on the paid media roadmap, focused on audiences, creative and campaign setup
Manage influencer marketing amplification via paid media across platforms such as TikTok, Meta and LTK, including but not limited to affiliate partner strategy, product seeding, content approvals and reporting
Oversee weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting to key stakeholders on marketing channel performance and actions
Oversee weekly, monthly and quarterly paid creative reports; ensure that cross-functional teams are equipped with insights on content performance to inform future content strategies and briefs
Own monthly billing and vendor invoice process
Collaborate cross-functionally across Ecommerce, Brand Marketing, Creative, Operations, Site Merchandising, Finance and Planning teams
Serve as main point of contact for third party platform and vendor partners in partnership with Performance Marketing Director
Qualifications:
Master's or Bachelor's Degree
4-6 years' of digital marketing experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, creative, out of the box thinker
Ability to synthesize large quantities of data and develop hypotheses which are both practical and effective
Demonstrate ability to work in a collaborative environment and dynamically align to changing business conditions
Creative problem solver and decision maker with a proven track record of delivering results
Proven ability to handle time-sensitive projects and prioritize multiple objectives simultaneously, to work independently, and to drive projects to completion with minimum guidance and acute attention to detail
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (modeling, v-lookup, pivot tables) and PowerPoint
Proficiency in ecommerce analytics tools (ie. Google Analytics)

Salary Range: $108,800.00 - $136,000.00

The base salary offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region of work premises, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
