About You:

Tulip is looking to add a Digital Marketing Manager to our rapidly growing marketing team!

We are looking for a talented performance marketer who aligns with our team values of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. The right candidate will be passionate about experimenting, building, and optimizing efforts across our core marketing channels, helping to generate pipeline and grow revenue.

What skills do I need?

  • 3 years of performance marketing experience including SEO, Display, paid search, and/or paid social

  • Experience with Google Analytics and/or similar web analytics tools

  • Experience working in a B2B environment, understanding of key B2B metrics

  • Experience manipulating data, strong analytical skills and familiarity with Google Sheets/Excel

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to explain strategy with key collaborators

  • Interest in learning more about the manufacturing industry

Extra skills (a plus, not a requirement)

  • Agile project management experience

  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms such as Marketo or HubSpot

  • Experience with Conversion Rate Optimization and improving website UX

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build, manage, and optimize paid media across paid search and social channels. Continually iterate and test ad creative, web copy, and landing pages to improve campaign efficiency.

  • Expand marketing campaigns into growing international markets. Work closely with International Marketing Lead to ensure context and cultural nuance is tied into marketing campaigns.

  • Manage search engine optimization efforts including keyword research and content optimization. Will work closely with content teams to plan and develop content strategy.

  • Pull and analyze data to report on campaign performance and communicate results with key stakeholders.

  • Nurture leads to educate and enable them with relevant thought leadership content and product resources
