Title: Digital Marketing Manager
Reports to: Sr. Director of Strategic Initiatives
FranklinCovey's manager of digital marketing is responsible for helping develop, implement and manage B2B marketing campaigns for our enterprise division. This individual needs to be a strategic thinker that can hit the ground running, and be a positive team player.
Essential Job Functions
Among other things, this position will focus on three key measures:
Generating qualified leads
Working with the web team to improve web properties including franklincovey.com
A digital marketing expert, with experience in digital strategy, SEO, and Google Analytics, that can help develop and deliver marketing strategies to attract prospects and nurture them through our marketing funnel.
Plan and execute digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, web, and email
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
Technical ability to work in Marketo, Adobe Experience Manager, Google Analytics, and Salesforce.com
An understanding of and experience in a successful company website redesign process (design and development)
Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
Build conversion points and optimize user funnels
Collaborate with social media team and others in the department
Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
Excellent communication abilities with all levels and roles within an organization.
