We are assisting our client to identify and hire a Digital Marketing Manager to join their team. Our client is a family of manufacturing companies that offer custom packaging, labeling, marking, and coding solutions.Job Summary: The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote the company's brand and products. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, creativity, and technical skills to enhance brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of current digital marketing tools and strategies, and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.Responsibilities:
Develop and Execute Digital Marketing Strategies:
Create, manage, and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns (including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising)
Develop and implement content marketing strategies
Website and Content Management:
Oversee the company’s website performance, including design, user experience, and content updates
Implement and manage SEO best practices to improve search engine rankings and organic traffic
Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to create compelling and optimized content for various digital platforms
Social Media Management:
Develop and manage social media strategy, including creating and scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and monitoring performance
Utilize social media analytics tools to track and report on performance, making recommendations for improvement
Email Marketing:
Design and implement effective email marketing campaigns
Monitor email performance and make data-driven adjustments
Analytics and Reporting:
Use web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to monitor and report on website traffic, user behavior, and campaign performance
Generate regular reports and provide insights and recommendations to optimize digital marketing efforts
Budget Management:
Manage and allocate the digital marketing budget
Track and report on the financial performance of digital marketing initiatives
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
5+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the manufacturing or B2B sector.
Proven experience managing SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
Strong knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush).
Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and video editing software.
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
