We are assisting our client to identify and hire a Digital Marketing Manager to join their team.  Our client is a family of manufacturing companies that offer custom packaging, labeling, marking, and coding solutions.Job Summary: The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote the company's brand and products.  This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, creativity, and technical skills to enhance brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads.  The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of current digital marketing tools and strategies, and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Execute Digital Marketing Strategies:
    • Create, manage, and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns (including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising)
    • Develop and implement content marketing strategies
  • Website and Content Management:
    • Oversee the company’s website performance, including design, user experience, and content updates
    • Implement and manage SEO best practices to improve search engine rankings and organic traffic
    • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to create compelling and optimized content for various digital platforms
  • Social Media Management:
    • Develop and manage social media strategy, including creating and scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and monitoring performance
    • Utilize social media analytics tools to track and report on performance, making recommendations for improvement
  • Email Marketing:
    • Design and implement effective email marketing campaigns
    • Monitor email performance and make data-driven adjustments
  • Analytics and Reporting:
    • Use web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to monitor and report on website traffic, user behavior, and campaign performance
    • Generate regular reports and provide insights and recommendations to optimize digital marketing efforts
  • Budget Management:
    • Manage and allocate the digital marketing budget
    • Track and report on the financial performance of digital marketing initiatives
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the manufacturing or B2B sector.
  • Proven experience managing SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush).
  • Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and video editing software.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
