The Digital Marketing Manager will our own digital marketing strategy. Drive, develop and execute digital marketing campaigns that improve current and prospective customer engagement with the Company and product across multiple digital channels and that meet or beat specific digital program goals. The primary goal is to optimize and increase new customer acquisition through our website, paid search, paid social and digital media/PPC, retargeting email marketing programs, SEO, and more. Candidates should have a solid background in paid media, and extraordinary skills in Google Adwords, Bing Ads, Facebook & LinkedIn Advertising, and with tools including Marketo, Salesforce, Google Analytics, Moz, SEMRush, and more.
Architect and implement search SEO, SEM, PPC, and other paid media strategies, manage budget and optimize leads through the paid channel.
Find opportunities to create efficiency in our marketing operations and implement systems and programs to support these opportunities including improved lead scoring, lead routing, and nurturing programs.
Collaborate with internal teams to constantly improve the usefulness of our channels, messages and offers.
Support our integrated marketing campaigns that increase attendance and post-event engagement.
Maintain and demonstrate rigor for accurate, trustworthy reporting and analysis.
Audit and improve all existing marketing programs to optimize workflow and tracking.
Maintain and improve quality and accuracy across systems, diagnosing problems and implementing technological and process improvements to address issues.
Using your experience hands-on experience with the following Marketing tools including; Salesforce, Marketo, Google AdWords, Google Analytics, Facebook & LinkedIn Advertising, Bing, and WordPress. Familiarity with Bizible, a bonus. You'll create world-class marketing programs, run reports, turn numbers into action plans and propel the marketing team's demand generation goals.
Clear understanding of SEO principles and best practices. Improve non-branded keyword rankings and increase keyword rankings for mission critical keywords.
Strong quantitative, analytical and problem-solving skills; must be comfortable with data analysis and able to use complex data sets to understand performance, make recommendations, optimize funnels, drive decisions, and measure results.
Create Smart Lists to tailor campaigns for targeted audiences across specific market segments, industries, and roles.
Demonstrated proficiency setting up tests, defining test methodology, and using testing tools.
Working knowledge of HTML and CSS.
Education & Experience Requirements
BA in Business or related field or equivalent work experience.
Minimum 4-6 years of digital marketing experience, ideally for a B2B SaaS business.
5+ years experience with B2B search advertising.
Direct experience managing paid customer acquisition through Google AdWords, Facebook, and other platforms (Google AdWords certification a plus).
3+ years experience working with Google Analytics and/or other Analytics platforms.
Understanding of database concepts and strong user of MS Excel.
Hands-on marketing campaigns execution and implementation experience including landing page creation, link tracking, and email trafficking.
Data analysis background (marketing performance, pipeline, win/loss analysis, marketing forecasting).
Experience or curiosity to learn B2B marketing automation, with support of global campaigns, including localization.
Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
Experience building A/B and multivariate experiments.
