We're looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to drive planning, coordination, and execution of our Digital Marketing strategy across SEM, Social Media, Re-targeting, and Display. You will manage the Digital Marketing budget, set performance targets, monitor campaign spend, and measure the performance and ROI across all channels. You will work with cross-functional teams' across Content, Design, Web, Product Marketing, Events, Sales, among others.


  • Plan, develop, launch and optimize all paid digital marketing campaigns including SEM, display advertising, paid social among others to drive inbound lead acquisition

  • Monitor, measure, analyze, and report on all digital marketing performance

  • Dedication to continuous testing and tracking of new ways to get quality leads into sales funnel

  • Work with key stakeholders and internal departments to define digital marketing strategy and deadlines to ensure goals are met

  • Identify new means of growing online acquisition to reach target buyers

  • Perform in-depth analysis and insight into key metrics, provide recommendations for improving and scaling customer acquisition efforts

  • Provide performance updates and reporting to business stakeholders

  • Manage digital budget and budget pacing

  • Own and manage digital agency relationships

  • Own creative process for landing pages and ads through creation and optimization, working with PMM and content to build messaging/imagery that resonate with prospective customers.

  • Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and potential new channels and strategies to keep us ahead, including updates to social media marketing, attribution, and programmatic media buying


  • 3 - 5 years experience in direct marketing with experience in B2B industry (SaaS nice to have)

  • 3 - 5 years experience in search campaign management

  • Preferably 3+ years experience in landing page SEO

  • Strong attention to detail and organization skills

  • Proven experience in quantitative & qualitative analysis to justify proposed actions

  • Data-driven mindset with focus on real-time performance optimization

  • Strong ability to collaborate across all marketing teams, web development and sales

  • Budget management experience and marketing analysis (forecasting/ reporting) skills are required

  • Experience with marketing automation, business intelligence, and CRM solutions a strong plus

Current Need McKesson's RelayHealth Pharmacy division is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager that will be based in our Atlanta, North Druid Hills office. Position Description We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to develop, implement, track and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. The candidate should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. This role will work with product marketing team members to launch campaigns on time and on budget. Responsibilities include: * Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and ABM campaigns * Develop, measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and KPIs, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) with a particular focus on driving and measuring lead generation, lead conversion and attribution to closed/won sales opportunities. Relay actionable insights to business. * Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights * Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies * Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests * Collaborate with internal teams to provide insight on valuable vs. non-essential content assets and offer recommendations on content gaps that should be addressed to create an optimized user experience * Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points * Evaluate emerging technologies, providing leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate * Work cross-functionally to develop a consistent online customer experience and identify opportunities to increase conversion and cultivate improved relationships with our audiences. * Identify and develop new traffic-driving opportunities to increase reach, customer acquisition and sales. * Establish and maintain a consistent brand image throughout all digital marketing initiatives across web, mobile and social owned properties. * Serve as an internal change agent/advocate for delivering and growing a digital marketing presence across all markets served * Serve as point of contact with Corporate Digital Center of Excellence team to take advantage of shared resources/assets that will improve marketing ROI for the business Minimum Requirements 5+ years of marketing experience Critical Skills * 5+ years experience in digital marketing with demonstrable proficiency with digital marketing technologies including, but not limited to, Marketo,, Ektron, Clickability, etc. * Understanding of account based marketing (ABM) tools/methodologies/technologies and how digital assets are applied to drive new sales and customer retention * Strong familiarity with executing best practices in all digital functions including: web development, acquisition marketing (email, banner ads, online video, paid search and SEO, etc), and web analytics. * Proven experience derived from developing and executing successful sales campaigns and programs that delivered significant sales results * Experience with web analytics and reporting tools (Google Analytics, Extractable, etc).
