We are looking for a Marketing Manager-Web & Digital to join our corporate Marketing Team in Irvine, CA.
As the Marketing Manager-Web & Digital, you will own the management, operations, and optimization of the companies many web properties across our 5 brands (UEI College, US Colleges, SAGE, and IEC). This includes identifying project scope, clarifying deliverables, anticipating needs, understanding timelines, and adhering to all applicable regulatory guidelines and restrictions. This role will work with key stakeholders, design, and development teams.
As the Marketing Manager-Web & Digital, you will use your project management and communication skills to collaborate effectively with various teams. Ultimately, you should be able to manage and deliver our projects digital lifecycle within quality, time and budget requirements.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
Responsible for managing day-to-day planning, scheduling, tracking and reporting for web project-related initiatives. Projects will span multiple web sites and brands.
Collaborate with internal teams to design, develop and implement digital projects
Document business requirements and collaborate with technical teams and business units to design best solutions.
Lead daily stand-up meetings and manage resources for multiple development teams in sprint cycle and priorities
Manage CRO initiatives including split and AB testing
Perform proper QA to ensure all website copy, projects and assets meet quality standards
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications
Education, Experience, and Skillset
Minimum 5+ years of experience in a web project management or analyst role, or equivalent experience leading development teams
Understanding and experience in UI/UX best practices.
Proficiency in AGILE/SCRUM methodologies.
Experience using a project management platform, in particular Asana
Working experience with highly customizable/configurable CMS highly preferred (eg. Wordpress).
Graphic Design skills a plus; Photoshop, Illustrator, XD
Prior experience working in a direct response, performance-driven marketing team
An eye for design and user experience
Knowledge of PPC and SEO best practices a plus
