Digital Offer Marketing
Digital Offer Competencies (Global scope): Support the Divisions/LoBs to build strong digital Competencies.
Support the Divisions to build strong digital capabilities, incl. but not limited to definition and roll-out of new business, services, and/ or data models
Design customized or specific digital trainings for the Marketing Function
Support the deployment of digital trainings & events: Digital Bootcamp, Digital Mornings, Digital Passport, etc.
Digital System Offer (Global scope): Improve upstream collaboration between Engineering & Marketing. Teach them to speak the same language: Model Based System Engineering (MBSE).
Ensure alignment of all stakeholders towards a consistent Systems & Software Engineering Knowledge
Support new business models and services, especially as they relate to connected products and systems.
Marketing Efficiency (Global scope): Set up and animate the Current Offer Manager Community- 250 people
Drive a mapping of the Current Offer Manager activities and elaborate Guidelines & References
Promote Peer reviews, coaching and best practice sharing among the marketing community
Enhance the quality of the Marketing documents and improve the content of Marketing Activities
Marketing Competency (North America Region): Identify requirements, build and enhance Building & IT marketing competencies.
Support LoBs as required to ensure high quality of Marketing Activities (eg Marketing Business Case).
Promote Design Thinking & Lean Startup to innovate better and faster (in collaboration with Schneider Marketing Academy)
Acting as a Leader for transforming our LoBs/Divisions toward Customer Journey using Customer Experience Touch Points & Personas
Ensure availability of appropriate trainings, e-learnings or coaching on products, software and service knowledge
Master's degree, an MBA is a plus.
Only candidates with 5 years of successful Digital Offer Marketing experience in the field of Innovation Management / Digital or Software Offer Development.
Location in the US: Nashville or Boston Schneider sites
Strong knowledge and experience in digital Customer Journey, digital Services, Software and analytics.
Customer oriented mindset: Customer Experience, customized value propositions, innovative business models, etc.
Business experience in multifunctional and matrix organizations operating in numerous markets and able to work with other global teams.
Basic understanding the low voltage and building automation technology and offers.
Strong interpersonal and social skills resulting in the ability to guide and inspire Teams.
Other personal qualities: open-minded & creative, proactive & passionate, pragmatic & perseverant
