Digital Marketing Director Our client is a leading manufacturer of outdoor equipment. They are seeking to hire a Digital Marketing Director responsible for developing, implementing and executing strategic digital marketing plans to drive brand awareness for multiple brands and client retention as well as acquisitions.
In this role, the Director will collaborate with the team to build the brands and support profitability/growth. This role reports to an office. with some flexiblity to be hybrid. Responsibilities: Manage, train and motivate a team of Marketing Managers Responsible for managing and building multiple brands Develop strategies to drive business and build digital marketing roadmap Grow the digital business through development and implementation of strategies Ensure brand consistency; manage all marketing channels Create budgets and growth targets for each business; manage ROI and KPIs Develop marketing campaigns and ensure accurate execution Manage digital content; monitor effectiveness and improve where necessary Determine digital performance, growth, retention of clients, brand awareness and other metrics through reporting Keep well-informed of digital technologies and competitors; strategize to be a stand out Maintain brand and confirm alignment of creative assets Collaborate with internal depts. to provide a successful digital experience Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree Min. 5-10 years of experience in a Digital Marketing Director and/or Manager level role Marketing background within building materials, architecture and/or construction Experience managing a team of marketers and agencies Brand experience; B2B required and B2C (e-commerce) a plus Experience managing multiple brands and a marketing budget of $10M-$12M Experience with companies that sell through distribution Experience in designing and implementing successful digital marketing campaigns Strong understanding of how all current digital marketing channels function Travel 25% Offering: Base Salary $130,000 - $150,000 (based on experience) Bonus Potential $180,000-$200,000 Full Benefits Package Paid Time Off, Paid Holidays Direct Sales Recruiting, LLC, (DSR) and DirectHR are National Recruitment organizations partnering with National, Regional and Local Clients to bring qualified candidates a career and a future.
